Went in to sell my sons xbox. Had the bix and all orginal equiptment. They were busy and asked for me to leave it with them and said it would be an hour and they would text me. After and 1 hour and 15 minutes we checked back in and they then said it would another 30 to 40 minutes. We left again and it took a total of 2.5 hours to get the text message that they were done testing it. We went in and when we were standing at the counter i observed them hand the xbox off from one person to another and in the process theu said it was in pristine condition. The second person took it to a work station and started messing with it. All of a sudden the console developed a rattle and the. They discussed some more and I was then informed they would not take it. Calledd out the fact they just said it was in pristine condition when i walked in and that what they just did at work bench must have cause it. They acknowledged that but woul not do anything further. In my opinion they caused the damaged and refused any help at all. I feel like my son got scammed and i will never reccommned or purchase anything from them again. They seemed happy to say they were glad I would not return. I came here looking for a " new " Nintendo 3ds xl unfortunately they did not have any in stock but they did have a load of other current and retro consoles and games that you must pick up! I have been searching for Mario kart 7 online and all of the prices are outrageous but here they had Mario kart 7 for a actually decent price , they also had a ton of games for the current consoles such as Nintendo switch and had some switch games for really cheap , I found a really good price on legend of Zelda breath of the wild and tears of the kingdom it was much cheaper than at GameStop for say. The staff treated me and my dad extremely well and showed us some other options that were very helpful and to talk about the consoles prices, the prices for Nintendo 3ds consoles can range from as low as 150 to 250 dollars which is a lot lower than what you will find at other stores . Will definitely have to come back here to see if they have a 3ds xl in stock and to pick up some games , this place is excellent for all gamers current and retro! This disc replay has alot more of a selection compared to the one in troy and luckily they don't have alot of duplicate titles. they have alot of blue ray movies which I do enjoy to collect but N64 games are slim but they do still have them. Great guys! They stock all the retro game systems and even the accessories! I had a small issue with a controller, and they took care of me right away! My kids love all the new (old) stuff I brought home! Now we can play my favorite games from when I was growing up, like Goldeneye! I will be a regular customer! read more

Not a fan of this location specifically. I usually love Disc Replay but don't recommend this one. By far this one is the most unorganized and the hardest to actually see anything you're trying to by because of the horrible layout. Want to look at their more rare Funko pops? Good luck contorting yourself around a giant tv to see them. Alphabetical order is not in this locations vocabulary so if you're looking for a game or movie be ready to look through the entire store. Also, if you are looking for an Xbox game make sure to look in all the other game sections too because it will likely be there as well. For being one of the newest locations out of the ones around the area they are by far the worst. Drive over to the Troy or hall rd one instead. read more

I really enjoy going here for my kids, they have a endless supply of fun games for their Xbox 1. My son LOVES playing Red Dead Redemption 2. My daughter kinda just uses the app features on Xbox. But on the weekends when they are board I can actually say let's go to Disc Replay and pick out ANYTHING you want. The prices of the games obviously are alot cheaper here than buying new and out of all the chain video game shops they are by far the most cost efficient. read more

Awful ridiculous staff and rude. Shitty trading process and give you way less money than what it's worth.

So this place is pretty much the game stop when it comes to vintage video games. Vintage games are making a really big come back and I am one for it because as most do they do love the stuff they grew up with when it comes down to it. The one here in Roseville is a larger location compared to some of the other ones I've been to and really in my opinion a little bit better because the staff is so knowledgeable. You can buy everything from the original Nintendo's to even newer consuls that just came out like the PS4. The prices are pretty fair and reasonable for older games of course some games have more value than other so prices are going to be a little bit higher on those games but still I feel like they are pretty fair with their prices. You can also buy used laptops and iPads and even cameras to even smart watches if you're looking for something that isn't brand new but still affordable. I always highly recommend this place to friends just because I have a lot of friends that you love playing the old games that sadly some lost you know throughout the years by selling them like most of us didn't want to new consul came out and decided now they want to go back and buy the old games and not let them go this time. read more

I came in expecting the great service I always got at the closed hall and schoenherr location - instead I got someone who didn't wear their mask over their nose and wouldn't check if they had any of the games I was looking for in stock. I am disabled and I can't see very well, so I typically ask them to double check in the computers, but he told me to comb through the games despite me already looking through it. Very condescending and inconsiderate- I'm not sure if it's because I looked young or because I look female, but it's frustrating either way. Will not be giving my business here, and I suggest you go to another location as well. read more

This Disc Replay location is by far the most superior. Why? Because of their customer service. One of their youngest employees with brown hair was very outgoing and personable.
