After and 1 hour and 15 minutes we checked back in and they then said it would another 30 to 40 minutes. We left again and it took a total of 2.5 hours to get the text message that they were done testing it. We went in and when we were standing at the counter i observed them hand the xbox off from one person to another and in the process theu said it was in pristine condition. The second person took it to a work station and started messing with it. All of a sudden the console developed a rattle and the. They discussed some more and I was then informed they would not take it. Calledd out the fact they just said it was in pristine condition when i walked in and that what they just did at work bench must have cause it. They acknowledged that but woul not do anything further. In my opinion they caused the damaged and refused any help at all. I feel like my son got scammed and i will never reccommned or purchase anything from them again. They seemed happy to say they were glad I would not return. What a horrible way to treat a long term customer and what a horrible way to do business in my opinion.

He even gave himself a 5 star review which is in violation with google's terms and conditions and is a conflict of interest. He knowingly sells broken video games and he blatantly lies and tells them "oh if you would have brought it to my attention I would have replaced it." People HAVE brought back broken systems and he tells them basically to get bent. He's running a legitimate scam giving himself 5 star reviews and having his girlfriend give him 5 star reviews just to offset and bury the 1 star reviews.

So I'm just gonna say that over the past 2 years I've been in and out of there about 10 times now and it's an over priced, unprofessional (which has been entertaining) haphazard ramshackle den of a comic book store. It does look like someone built a couple walls in their parents garage and tried to make a store out it but only to give the illusion/delusion that it's a respectable competent business. The prices they pay for the used vinyl is not the most generous and they also only want specific Genres of music: No country, no crooners, or classical artists.
