He always keeps a good selection on all systems old and newer. He only takes quality stuff and not any junk condition items. As you might expect, it was pricey, and no one mentioned it might not be what I wanted. When I realized, well, now it's opened, so would you like $9 back on your $90 purchase? I wouldn't call it a "scam" but I wish their staff was more forthcoming about selling games from another region. If you know to check everything closely before buying, this seems like a nice shop, but if you're less of an expert, you might want to shop somewhere with better buyer protection.

The ONLY saving grace is they do TRADE!!! When you enter the store, the smell of B.O. and cheap cologne (Axe?) almost knocks you out!?! Before I…read moreentered I didn't expect it to be like GameStop but I didn't expect almost all of the shelves to be empty with only one employee helping a line full of people. I went in to find two games that were unpopular and one game that was semi- popular at the time. I was able to get a hold of the semi-popular game and I was surprised that they had it in stock, simply because the store had a limited number of available games. On top of the disappointment of not being able to find all of the games I came for, the service was terribly slow. There was one employee helping at least eight customers. I was at the front of the line and it took him about 20 minutes to get the game and "prepare" it for purchase. I feel like if you are going to shop at Game Headz you should call ahead, see if they have the game you want, and ask them to prepare it for you ahead of time. -TRQ
