We looked at the old one and how it connected to the small circuit board (used to control charge rate) and he told me that he could tack weld two short strips onto each pole of the new battery so that I could easily solder to them again. I'm an electronics guy so I do have the proper ultra-high temp soldering pen (750 degrees and variable) to do this job correctly. All went smoothly and my wife is happy to have her outdoor speaker working once again. This is my Go-To place for batteries.

Terrible service.... I went to the store Sunday 6/2 . No one was there. Sign on window said at be…read moreback in 5 - waited 30 mins. I Need 2 key fob tested to see which one needed replaced. (Because I just replaced one.) He didn't say much. Came back 5mins later said he replaced both but did not test. When I said I only wanted one could he please him to swap out only the one that was dead. He said he threw away the batteries so he couldn't do that. Again I only wanted one battery. He refused Then took both fobs batteries out and said he refused service. Gave me both key fobs back empty without batteries. I wouldn't have been able to run my car it's a hybrid without the one FOB that was good. As he said he threw them away. I don't understand why he couldn't have just done one. Why he caused all that commotion. Now I had to call the police to go to the store. Imagine how awful. He finally put my old batteries back in.

Batteries Plus Pine Island Rd.12-6-24…read more Buyer Beware. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had buying a Motorcycle Battery. I hadn't ridden my Motorcycle in 3 months but the last time I rode it everything was fine with the bike. When I went to start it a couple days ago, the lights and radio worked, but the starter just clicked. This has happened before, and I knew it needed a new battery as it was way over 6 years old. I checked around and decided to buy a new Battery from Battery's Plus. I stopped down and they sold me a new battery for 161 dollars with a 12 Month replacement warranty. Once home I started to open the box and I heard a rattle coming from inside the box. As I opened the box all the hardware as in bolts and nuts were out of the bag floating around inside the box. The hardware bag was not broken and as I took count of the hardware one nut was missing. This nut is a special size, so I made one in my shop to fit. I Installed the Battery and turned the bike ignition switch on and low and behold no lights, no radio. I immediately checked the Battery connections and Battery voltage. It was less than 3 volts. I uninstalled the Battery put it back in the box and stopped back at Battery's Plus with my receipt. I told them what happened, and they checked the voltage with their meter and came up with the same reading. I said I wanted to exchange the bad with another good battery. They said NO WAY. I asked why not and what about the 12-month warranty? They stated your battery is under 10 volts so and we don't know what you did with it so NO EXCHANGE AND NO MONEY BACK, STORE POLICY. I asked to speak a manager they said no manager was there. I said so I paid 161 dollars for nothing does that seem fair. They said that's the way it is. I called my credit card company, and they credited me back the 161 and they will dispute the charges. I WILL NEVER BY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. Drove to…read moreinterstate battery and almost died at a light just sitting for it to turn green to go and turn and the interstate battery build was literally a minute away down on the right. Had to go back and forth at the light to keep battery charged until light turned green so I could go. Thank God I made it! They hooked me up said it looks like it's the battery but said if he unplugs it and the vehicle shuts off it's my alternator. I was praying to God as he disconnected the machine he was using and it stayed on thank you thank you thank you God. So had to get a battery, so I bought one they installed it for $30 bucks extra, I could've done it myself but I didn't want to drive off and crap happens down the road. I didn't have my tools so I just said go ahead and I'll pay. I asked the guy at the front desk about a warranty he said there's a 36 Month Replacement Warranty on the battery since I bought a new Interstate battery. The tech said anything below 12.6 charge is no good. He was very quick with the installation. He did a great job. I was very pleased about these guys and their professionalism. They are great.

So I pulled the battery and took it back to the store at 1811 Tamiami Trail Naples, and was told by a smart Mouthed Kid that the Battery was not under warranty!!!! On my receipt it states the battery is under warranty until 1/04/2027 !!! I was lectured by this smartass kid that the battery needed to be above 10 Volts for them to warranty it.... If the Battery is BAD it should not be my issue !! I have bought MANY Batteries from them before, BUT NEVER AGAIN!!!! Customer service is a thing of the past !!!!
