STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!…read more This has been the worst customer service and repair experience I've ever encountered. I dropped my camper off for warranty repairs -- for the third time -- in February and picked it up five months later with many of the same issues unresolved... and new damages added. I've owned this RV for just one year, and the service center had it for 7 months total across 3 visits. That's unacceptable. Quality Control = Nonexistent * Scratches on the interior trim and slide surrounds * Child-level caulking job * Trim installed at awkward angles, loaded with visible nail gun marks * Mismatched crayon color sticks to hide damage * Broken glass shards, nails, staples under the slide * Broken main slide window (which they tried to hide at first) * Improperly installed seals -- critical for 4-season use * Sloppy electrical work with wires flopping around Instead of making proper bracket adjustments, they shoved in shims to prop up the slide. Even the reclining couch was reinstalled so poorly, it no longer functions properly. Poor Communication & Unprofessionalism When I pointed out their mistakes, I was met with anger and defensiveness. They actually said "It's just a camper." NO -- it's our investment, our family's time, our memories. And if you've ever met Angry Anthony or dealt with Beehive Betty, you'll understand exactly what I mean: * Condescending "bless your heart" energy * Eye rolls and excuses * Flu season blamed for months * Total lack of ownership They held my camper hostage, performed subpar repairs, and dragged the process out long enough to push me out of warranty. ‍ "Tricks" and "Fixes" from Magicians, Not Technicians I didn't bring my RV to a magic show -- I expected professional repairs, not "tricks" and corner-cutting. Loose bolts, misaligned components, new holes, and shoddy craftsmanship. Using silicon sealant where it doesn't belong just to save a buck. Thanks for the: * Extra dents * Scratched cabinets and table * Sawdust mess * Misaligned slide seals * More headaches than I can list DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE If you value your RV, your time, and your sanity -- STAY FAR AWAY. They will waste your time, damage your camper, and then gaslight you when you demand accountability. We were forced to make an insurance claim for vandalism on everything they have damaged on the rv. Insurance company estimage is for $5800 in visible damages caused by Camp Rite in Loganville. The Insurance company won't cover damages caused by poor workmanship/craftsmanship. The estimated costs of those repairs is upwards of $7000. Please take this warning and stay away from this place. Posted pictures of just a small amount of the damages. Service was thorough and camper was both well cleaned and fully prepared for delivery. They installed a new hitch on my truck that protects from sway. We got this as my wife will be driving and this is new to her. Randy did a walk through at our pace as we are new to this business. He was very detailed in explaining things to us. Camper towed beautifully and with little extra vehicle effort. All in all a very good experience.

He was able to put our minds at ease that we were acquiring a great rig and we were able to quickly resolve potential issues which could have made our travels and ownership of the rig stressful. He was happy to spend time after the inspection talking us through every aspect and has a wealth of knowledge as to the gear that will make our travels super smooth. Thanks again Aric! Exceptional Service and True Customer Care at NIRVC Atlanta!…read moreWe recently purchased a 2021 Verona LE 40LTS motorhome and wanted to add an extra layer of safety with Rettroband tire protectors on the front tires before heading out as snowbirds. On November 8, 2025, while traveling from South Carolina toward Bryan, Texas, I called NIRVC in Atlanta and spoke with Nick Schwehr. Even though it was a Saturday and we were on a tight 5-day travel schedule (needing to be in Texas by the 14th), Nick was incredibly accommodating. He arranged for us to arrive on Sunday, stay overnight at their facility with shore power, and have the Rettrobands installed first thing Monday morning. We also asked to have the generator serviced while we were there -- killing two birds with one stone! When we arrived, Nick wasn't onsite, but his team was fully briefed and took excellent care of everything. At 8:00 a.m. Monday, they brought our motorhome into the shop without any delay. The waiting area was comfortable and welcoming, with a TV, freshly made popcorn, bottled water, and coffee -- the little touches that make a big difference. By early afternoon, the Rettrobands were professionally installed, the generator was serviced, and we were safely back on the road heading to Texas with complete peace of mind. NIRVC went above and beyond to work around our travel plans without causing any delays. Their team is professional, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused. If you're looking for RV service you can truly trust -- especially when you're on the road -- I highly recommend National Indoor RV Centers in Atlanta. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you, Nick and the entire Atlanta team! Michael (2021 Verona LE 40LTS)

We were very impressed with the level of attentiveness provided during our RV purchasing process…read more The salesperson's (Christy) professionalism and attentiveness played a significant role in our decision to purchase from National Indoor RV Centers rather than move forward with a lower-priced Jayco Granite model offered by Camping World. Unfortunately, our experience since the purchase has been disappointing. Our Condor has been with the service department now for three weeks, and we still have no clear timeline for completion of the service items identified both at delivery and after our first weekend trip. This is a serious concern and has delayed our summer vacation plans and our trip to Alaska. Our RV spent two weeks with the service department with no call-back for an update. We made multiple calls and inquiries and although we did receive two call backs, the person we talked with couldn't provide any information on where we were with the repairs and when we could pick our coach up. When we finally talked with the service department, we were informed that the warranty approval is still pending for several items requiring repair or replacement (Including an awning motor that was installed on the wrong side). We were also advised that we would be responsible for an $85. delivery fee to Mercedes for equipment that should have been included and installed at the time of purchase which was identified at delivery. Over the following week we had one follow-up call from the service department who still couldn't give us an estimate of when it would be ready but did promise a callback that still hasn't come. They did however provide us the service department POC at Mercedes so WE could follow up with them. Although the repair issues are frustrating, they were expected. What wasn't expected is the servicing and complete lack of communication and follow-up at NIRV. If we known the post-sale service experience would be handled this way, we would have purchased from Camping World. Update. Eight days later. Got a couple of updates. Unfortunately the conflict with previous update. Still no update on when our RV will be ready.
