Saturday evening my wife and I purchased a 2021 Chevy Tahoe Z71 from Nash Chevrolet. I have never been a fan on buying cars, new or used but our salesman, Jeff Campbell changed that for me. We stopped in right before the dealership was about to close, 9 minutes before to be exact. We didn't intend on working a deal, but just wanted to stop in and see what they had on the lot since car dealerships have had limited inventory due to the chip shortage. We saw something we liked, so I went in just to ask a few questions. Jeff made it clear that he was willing to work a deal right then and there, if we were. We hesitated because we didn't want to be rude and keep them there late, but the Nash team insisted it was ok. I told Jeff that I was a no BS kind of guy, and I wanted to get a few thing out there before we even started running credit etc.. Everything that I had concerns about, he put to rest and honored his word the whole way through the process. I told him we didn't want my credit run more than once, and I wanted to know up front if we were going to be paying more because of the vehicle shortage. He assured me the online price was the price, and by the time we signed the papers, it was. Our credit was also only ran one time as promised. There were no hidden fees, and nobody pushing anything that we didn't want pushed on us. We also were financing the vehicle under our business. I thought it might be a problem to do this being that it was after hours and Saturday, but it wasn't. Even though commercial financing costs a little more, we were still very pleased with our rate. Because the dealership was technically closed, there was nobody there to detail it, but Jeff promised that we could schedule something the following week and they would get it cleaned up for us. The pandemic has been tough on dealerships. There are fewer cars to sell, and employees that still need to be paid. Many dealerships have been marking up their vehicles 10 or 15k over the MSRP to help offset that. I'm so grateful to Nash Chevrolet for not taking advantage of us. As I told Jeff before we left, he has gained a customer for a life and I will be happy to refer anybody that I know to him. read more

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!!! I am extremely disappointed with the service I received @ Nash Chevrolet on 3-30-26. After bringing my 2025 Chevy Traverse in, due to the check engine light being on and the vehicle rough idling and overheating, Service Advisor (Sedrick) informed me that the upper radiator hose was leaking coolant and that the vehicle was unsafe to drive. The vehicle is still under manufacturer warranty, so I expected the dealership to stand behind their product and provide a courtesy vehicle while mine was being repaired. (Also, Sedrick stated the hose was not in stock and could take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months before the part arrives). Instead, I was denied a courtesy vehicle altogether. Their reason for the denial was I needed a credit card, even though I have a valid driver's license and proof of current insurance. When I asked to see the written policy requiring a credit card none of the staff was able to produce any documentation showing that such policy exists. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told Mike Lambert was home doing home repair work and would not be back until Wednesday, April 1,2026. I asked if there were someone else I could speak with who could make a sound decision, an aggressive NO was the response I received. It makes no sense to tell a customer their vehicle is unsafe to operate and then refuse to provide transportation, especially when the issue is covered under warranty. I had a valid driver's license and proof oof insurance. This left me in a difficult and unnecessary situation. A dealership should prioritize customer safety and honor warranty obligations. unfortunately, that was not my experience here. In addition, the staff I encountered (all male) were not professional, willing to assist or reasonable. My 68 year old brother who has had stroke and has special needs, but can still drive needed a new car so we went to Nash. Salesman Eddie Cushing greeted us at the door. I can't say enough nice things about Eddie! He was patient with us went out of his way to make sure that we got the right car for my brother and after choosing one, he spent most of the rest of the day explaining all the features and making sure that my brother understood how to use them. He impressed upon my brother that he would always be available if my brother had any questions or needed help. He even called him a few days later to see how he was making out. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, but I don't think that I have ever encountered a better salesman than Eddie. We feel like he is a family friend now. I bought 2 new trucks from Nash. An LTZ and a High Country. The 1st year I owned the High Country, the right side camera went out. I took it for warranty service and was told the camera module was back ordered. Service said they would let me know when inventory caught up. After a year, took truck in for oil change, was told same story. Now truck is out of warranty and was told today, can't cover warranty claim and part is in stock???? Never received a call, ever. I guess my trade and service business isn't important enough to do things right by a loyal customer. If you make this right, I will remove this negative review . If not, what can I say? A Disappointing Experience at Nash Chevrolet I had an extremely disappointing experience at Nash Chevrolet on January 9, 2025, while assisting a family member with the purchase of a vehicle. My family member, who has been rebuilding his credit after financial challenges caused by a divorce, located a vehicle on their website and visited the dealership that Thursday. He was assisted by Sales Consultant Tony Henry, who allowed him to test drive the vehicle and shared some details about it. After completing the credit application, my family member was informed that due to his bruised credit score, a substantial down payment would be required. While the down payment was steep, he worked with the Business Manager, Mike Mills, who seemed willing to help make the deal happen. At the time, my family member decided to wait and check back later in the week. On Saturday, January 11th, my family member followed up with Tony and confirmed the vehicle was still available. After speaking with Mike again, he explained he had most of the down payment and would have the rest in four days. Mike assured him that this arrangement was acceptable. We even provided the VIN number to add insurance to the vehicle and made plans to arrive at the dealership by 4:00 PM that day. When we arrived, the experience completely unraveled. My family member and I were directed to an empty desk, isolated from the rest of the dealership. Shortly after, Tony informed us that the original deal didn't go through. Instead, he attempted to push another vehicle on us--a much older car with significantly more mileage. When I voiced concerns about this switch and advocated for my family member, Tony was shockingly rude and condescending. He dismissed me entirely, saying my name wasn't on the car and my input didn't matter. What made matters worse was the lack of communication. They knew as early as noon that the original deal wasn't viable, yet we weren't informed. Insurance for the original vehicle was emailed to Tony around 3:30 PM, but no one had the decency to advise us the deal had already fallen through. To make things even more frustrating, Tony left us at the desk without a word and never returned. When we decided to leave, we informed Mike Mills, who simply said, "Okay, bye," followed by a dismissive "whatever" to another manager sitting nearby. Tony, who had previously promised to assist us, instead brought a manager to his desk and disappeared into a meeting. This entire ordeal could have been handled with more transparency, professionalism, and respect. Instead, we were left feeling dismissed and devalued. If you need service done go to ANY other Chevy dealership. Danielle is of little to no use in assisting you with your appointment (multiple bad experiences with her). You can arrange a time for service but chances are they will change the time, take much longer than anticipated, and if you're lucky you can get the dirty courtesy vehicle. After multiple failed attempts at using the dealership for my service, I have decided to go to the much nicer and newer service center at Rick Hendrix and let me tell you it was a night and day experience compared to Nash. I did enjoy my buying experience with Antwan at Nash Chevrolet. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHOOSING ANOTHER DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. read more

My mechanic said there was no way they didn't know this before it was sold . There was also no extended warranty offer for this vehicle. Absolutely the worst experience o had since I've ever owned cars! I took them my car in July of last year and it came back with more damage that it had from the accident. They ended up having to repair all of their damage that they did to my car while it was sitting there for months while they fumbled the ball over and over and over. The service department was the worst and nobody wanted to take responsibility for all the mishaps. I have to take my car back to them because there's still more damage from when they repaired. It wasn't even associated with the damage from the accident. I am dreading taking it back because I'm afraid that it may come back in worse condition. While our experience with the salesman, Antwann, was exceptional, my experience with the finance person was down right awful. I would have walked out but they were the only dealer to put their hands on a 2022 Bolt and we wanted the car. The finance person was arrogant and pompous and as I tried to go through the details of the financing and rebate, he made it quite clear I was wasting his time. I asked questions. He gave me answers. I went over the numbers with my spouse on speaker phone and the finance guy confirmed them. I thought I hit the high points of the the contract I was signing. It was my fault for allowing myself to be rushed and bullied by the finance guy, but I missed where he typed in a much higher interest rate than had been agreed upon. May be he treated me this way because I am female. May be he treats everyone this way. Either way, buyer beware, and bring your own financing. We are already refinancing and will utilize another dealer for any warranty work. read more

My trucks transmission was acting up again. took it in for warranty work, along with paying them to do other work. Got my truck back after renting, barrowing since they refused to give me loaner. My trucks came back smelled like transmission fluid, something burning smell so bad it cause my son to get sick from the fumes. Also now has noises and rumbling vibrates at low idle speeds. wasn't doing that when I took it in. My car was wrecked in January; I had it towed to Nash. I haven't had any bad experiences since I bought it from them. It is now May almost June and it is still there. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. This was by far the worst experience we've ever had out of 12+ vehicle purchases in several states over the years. There's 0 communication between sales, their managers, or the parts dept. Our sales rep (Mike Rutherford) was more worried about phone calls & handing us over to other people than handling our deal, & the sales manager (Joe Baptiste) was more worried about us leaving a negative review than resolving issues. Our payment cleared before we even arrived at the dealer on a vehicle we had placed a deposit on. Mind you, we're driving just over 2hrs to this dealership, they wait until we're an hour into the drive to ask about down payments, etc & how we'll be paying it. I assume a card is fine since we paid the deposit that way. Oh no that became an issue that ultimately took us sitting there for 4hrs after we arrived before it was resolved. They apparently can't accept card payments of any kind for more than $3k. They even wanted us to sign a "contract" & finance the remainder of our down payment ($7k) because they can only accept card payments of up to $3k per their "policy". They blame that on "processing fees" which shouldn't have been more than $300 at the most. We paid full MSRP for the vehicle, I believe they can handle $300 lol.....Then we had issues getting a $300 set of floor liners we had asked for in advance because our loyalty rewards from the purchase wouldn't apply right away to cover them. This took over an hour to resolve & ended up with Joe & Mike "sneaking" them from the parts dept & putting them in our vehicle & telling us not to say anything about it that they would just handle that later. All of that & we still didn't receive the rear integrated cargo liner we had asked for originally. During this whole ordeal they were constantly bad mouthing & blaming the lack of service on a new GSM they recently got at the dealership. We had a deposit on the same vehicle at another dealership but it was taking another 2-3 weeks to arrive when we found this one. I really wish now we would've just waited on it. I should've walked out at several different points during all of this, but ultimately I didn't want to disappoint my wife as she had been looking forward to this for a couple weeks. This place is amazing. A year ago I bought my used Terrain here and Nadia was my sales person. I was offered an amazing trade in value and was able to test drive all the cars I had been looking at online.. She worked her butt off to get me low monthly payments and I am so blessed for that. The car was also VERY clean, their detailing team is amazing. Now, fast forward to a year later and my car had some minor issues. I called and got an appointment the next day. They knew what was wrong with my car in about 2 hours and told me they found that one issue had a warranty and the other could be fixed that same day. My only issue is they are a little pricey. I took my my Chevrolet Cruze in to Nash Chevrolet in Lawrenceville, GA a couple weeks ago June, 2022. The car had previously been running hot until I put more antifreeze in it. After adding the antifreeze my car and air conditioning was running pretty good. I just wanted my car checked to be sure I was not in danger of it breaking down on me. I was told that it would be diagnosed and the Diagnostic Fee would be $145 and it would be Deducted from the Cost of Repairs. After waiting I was then told that I needed a Water Pump. The Total Cost of the Water Pump was close to $650.00. After driving my car home I noticed when I turned the air conditioning on my car started to act as if some sort of pressure problem was occurring as if water was coming out of a hose or if water had been turned off and back on again and it started doing some type of water pressure action. When I turned the air off it stop doing the presssure thing. It appeared as if the wrong part was put on or it was not repaired correctly. I was not having an issue with my Air Conditioning or my car running in this condition before. When I called Nash Chevrolet Customer Service they connected me with the service representative that signed me in for the previous service. She told me that there would be another Diagnostic Fee of $145 to recheck the work that they had previously done. She insists that there is another issue going on. Now this started happening as soon as I picked my car up from service and started driving home. If this had been the issue then what happened to the previous Diagnosis that I had gotten when they fixed the Water Pump? My car had not had this issue. If it had it would have been Diagnosed and fixed when they fixed the Water Pump!! Customer Service Rep is telling me that they only fix what I tell them?? So then they never even Diagnosed my car in the first place. I never told them what to fix I am not a Mechanic the Rep said that they would run Diagnostics to find out the issue. This is terrible I feel ripped off and cheated. Especially when you know this does not make any sense. I was also encourged by the customer service rep that it may be best for me to purchase another car. This is how they treat thier customers. I definitely would not take my car to Nash Chevrolevet in Lawrenceville, GA again or purchase a new vehicle from them. I am furious and would like my money back. They gave me a good deal on my trade-in and a fair price for my purchase. They didn't have raised prices in this volatile car market of today. If I need a vehicle for my family in the future I would do business with Nash again. They were very responsive by phone and easy to talk to. I am going to make sure I explain a little abouT DOUG the service manager and how sexist, rude, demeaning, and disrespectful he is. I ordered a part with one of the advisors for my vesicles still under factory warranty. This was during the strike where it was taking forever to get parts... I got that. That day I was placed in a loaner, no questions asked. After a month in a falls off calling them to check on my part I was assured that it had come in, so I again asked them for a loaner and to check out the other items that they didn't the first time. Well that's when the rudeness began. If you have not purchased your vehicle from Nash you are treated like a piece of garbage and thrown into the trash. I finally was able to get corporate involved and when they called and spoke to Doug to ask about where the part was he explained to them that the part has never arrived. So here we go again back-and-forth. I called again this morning to check on if the parts were available for me to pick up personally and have brought to a different dealership so that I would no longer have to ever see Doug's face again. And now the part has magicaLly walked away. Oh Doug, you are a horrible man. I have no idea how someone like you could have become a manager. And then there is Allison... even worse than Todd. Walks around whispering when you come in, is disrespectful, and seems to be a female Todd. This associate had my part in stock for months and had not called one time to let me know it was ready. This is the (fairly long) cautionary tale of two Chevrolet dealerships' Service Departments. So you can skip if you feel you will never go to a dealership for warranty or other service. One experience was very bad, the other very good. The very good - Nash Chevrolet. But first, a little backstory. (If you just want to hear my glowing report about Nash, skip to the section break.) I purchased a 2017 Volt from another Gwinnett County dealership with the initials "RH" in December of 2017. My issue is not with the purchase process or the car. I love the car, even though I believe I got a "Friday car;" it has had several issues, even when practically new. I had taken the Volt back to RH multiple times while still under warranty for these issues. Two particular issues that were brought up, but never resolved, were: 1) one of the key fobs was unreliable - randomly locking me out of the car or not opening the doors; and 2) the touchscreen infotainment system would spontaneously quit, or would never load Apple CarPlay without stopping the car or constantly reinserting a USB connection. This happened while the car was still under warranty, and I kept all the service paperwork. Each time, these 2 issues were addressed as "could not duplicate" or "problem not found." Conversations with the tech or agent made me feel like, "Hey lady, it's all in your head." Flash forward to July, 2021. I was locked out of my car again - I could SEE the key fob sitting by the drive shaft. This time, I was determined to have both problems resolved, or at least have someone tell me that there WAS a problem. Went to RH Chevrolet service department. Was told we would have to pay for the bench fee and any repairs by the agent and the Customer Service manager. My husband became agitated - we had records of their unwillingness to fix the issues - and said he "wouldn't pay his (donkey) for any of it." We were then told they would not be looking at the car and he ripped up the paperwork and handed us they key fob. Yes, they threw us out! I was astounded, apologized for the "curse word" and we left, never to return again. Flash forward to the following week at Nash Chevrolet. I explained the 2 problems, without the backstory. Within a few HOURS I received a call from their customer service department: the key fob was bad, and the infotainment center had a short circuit. Both needed to be replaced for more than $1,000. WOW. Guess it wasn't all in my head. After 2 weeks of calls to (national) GM Customer Care, I received word through Nash's service department that GM would cover all but $300 of the repairs/replacement. AND that's not all. The Service Manager at Nash said that they were going to pick up the remaining $300 (because I told them of the first horrendous experience in the interim) and they wanted to make the situation right. Nash Chevrolet did not have to do this. I had never been to their dealership before, but they saw the turmoil that we had gone through. MORAL OF THIS STORY: Choose your car's service department carefully! You DO NOT have to return to the same place that you purchased the car. If they ever make you feel stupid, or don't respond with courtesy, come to Nash Chevrolet. Awesome experience all around, and yes, I will return here in the future. read more

My air conditioner stopped working and I initially took my vehicle to Pep Boys for an estimate. They told me that I would need an expansion valve, receiver dryer and an air compressor at a price somewhere between $1500 & $1600. I decided to obtain a second opinion and called Nash. After inspecting the vehicle, I was told that only the air compressor needed to be replaced. I was quoted $820 for the compressor and was told that it could be repaired the same day. If you plan on bringing your car to the body shop don't. I took my car there sept 22 and still haven't gotten it back up to this date Nov.5 my car was estimated to be done two weeks ago and I didn't even get a phone call about why is it not done. The people are hard to reach out to. Called Robbie multiple times and the only two times he had answer was because I had to expressly request to talk to him. I called Wednesday and he said my car should be done today Nov 5 but now they're saying is still not done yet and it will probably be until Nov 11. Such an unpleasant experience! read more

Let me say first, I had a terrible 4th of July weekend in Atlanta (from Charlotte). This is not the fault of Chevrolet Nash. My 2010 Travers died. I had it shipped to Firestone and they said it was the starter, yet the car was still dea. I was charged $452 for a new starter. That is also not the dealerships fault or problem. I had Geico ship the car to Nash for a 'real' evaluation. They concluded that my engine needed to be replaced. So, I offially hate the Chrevrolet product. I was out of warranty, aldso not Chevrolet's fault, but a vehicle with only 124k miles should not die unless it was not cared for. We cared for our vehicle. As a result, I could either walk away from a car that I still owed on, or, I could have it shipped to Charlotte (for whatever reason), or, I could just purchase a new SUV. I chose the latter. My sales rep, Tanesha, was adorable. I give her 5 stars. She was thoughtful, realistic, patient, and cute as all hell! Tanesha is fine! There, I said it again. My wife was there, but I didn't care, LOL. She knows what she married. I was not happy with the trade value for my dead car. Their reasons were, $7,000 had to be deducted due the thre replacement cost for the new engine. However, that was the retail cost, not their wholesale cost, which is what should have been considered. The finance guy, he was ok too, but, he was a guy. He could have been Jake from State Farm for all I know. But, he was a nice guy. read more

I visited Nash Chevrolet today to get a replacement key for my Saturn, of which are no longer in production, and they were the only one out of 6 places that I called with the right key in stock. I can only speak about my dealings with the parts department but from what I can tell, everyone else is friendly and helpful as well. The one thing I want to sing praise about is that no pushy salespeople accosted me in the parking lot, (before I could even get out of my car), asking me what I wanna buy, which has happened more than once in my limited experience with car dealership dynamics. I don't even have the credit to test drive that posh sports car of my dreams!! Nevertheless, for what I needed them for, they did not disappoint and if I ever were in the market for a new Chevy, I would most likely check here first. read more
