This is one of those places that does not need your business. After walking into the store with the sign turned to closed, I was greeted by a basset hound. The hound was nice the lady behind the desk was very nice. However, when I asked about a part for my RV toilet she referred me to a gentleman behind a desk. He was taking care of another couple. Traveling south for a vacation, broke off a black water valve. Called numerous Rv service centers, everyone was booked out two weeks or more. Atlanta rv was able to get me in in two days. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. They were able to fix what needed repair and get me back on the road within 20 minutes. Great customer service. Definitely will keep this on my list of services to use while traveling. read more

RUN AWAY! DON'T EVEN CALL THEM!!!! This company is the worst I've ever dealt with. We returned our POS RV more than 1 week ago, we are still waiting for our $500 security deposit to be returned. I've called numerous times and left messages, emailed, but no one ever calls back. I didn't listen to my gut feeling when booking this rental. The real clue was the rental must be paid in full 30 days before rental period. Which means you can't go back to your credit card company to fight them. Our POS camper experience. Things that didn't work. 20 miles down the road, the check engine light came on, the mirrors were vibrating, but tolerable, but by the time we reached NC you could see out of them, as you'd stop to adjust them, and as soon as you got up to speed they would blow in. I called them "the last time the ever answered the phone" They said buy a cheap tool kit and tighten it, save the receipt and they would reimburse us. Shouldn't the RV be stocked with basic tools? That was in Sylva NC, from there into the Smokey mountains with no reception, or power. Starting up the hill the A/C would not blow out the vents, but on your feet {another vacuum leak} once we got to our first camp site first thing we found out, the house batteries were dead, and would not hold a charge. Okay flashlights for the night. But by morning we got up to make breakfast and everything in the fridge was warm. It didn't work, we had propane, but still would not keep anything cold, or the least bit cool. So down the mountain into a town to buy a ice chest, ice and more food...... That night it rained, hard, well the front vent was leaking like crazy. Also, we had to spend 3 days cleaning the bathroom, the floors just to make it not feel like a gas station bathroom. The carpets are stained, flooring patched, with the floor feeling like your going to fall through in places. This might be fine rental for you weekend race fan who just need a place to pee and pass out drunk, but not for anyone else. We flew in for Los Angeles expecting a normal working half way decent RV, but we didn't get it, we were stuck with the POS and now we can't even get our security deposit back. I wish now I had rented one of the traveling RV signs now instead..... So Yelp is my first of many places to vent and warn people of the scammers. If anyone know if I can report them to the Georgia department of health, or highway safety, or????? Please let me know! This company is giving Georgia, a real bad name, and I never again want Georgia on my mind...... read more

This place is amazing! We were 14 hours from home on our summer vacation in Georgia. We were staying at a campground that had us an uneven campsite. We came in at 3 am and it was pitch black. We backed in and broke off the primary black water valve, basically we couldn't use our toilet because the valve kept the poop water where it belonged instead of spilling on the ground, which is illegal. We called a number of places in a panic going without a toilet is doable, but not fun. Atlanta RV was the ONLY place that could help us within two days of the call. All the other places said two weeks. When we arrived at Atlanta RV, they let us stay in the RV...which was huge because we have kids and a pup. They were friendly and worked so fast. They were very professional amd courteous. I recommend them highly and we will kept them in mind while traveling. The only downside is that they are not closer to our home so we could make them our permanent RV service. read more

Stopped at this service center for an oil change, half-way through a cross-country drive. Discovered some ladder damage on the roof, which they took care of very quickly. Got the oil changed, the ladder repaired, and the RV washed, all in a couple of hours at a very reasonable price. At the end of their normal workday, I asked a question about my inverter. In a few minutes, both owners were working on diagnosing the problem. They spent a half hour and wouldn't charge me. I paid them anyway, but it speaks to a couple of businessmen that can be trusted.
