He kept me updated throughout the repair without me ever having to call for a status check, and his team delivered flawless craftsmanship, they properly aligned the liftgate, repaired and repainted the damaged roof area, completed the wheel arch molding, re-aligned the vehicle, addressed internal cabin rattles, and systematically cleaned out leftover glass shards hidden deep within the panels from the initial accident and repair. Jake sent a mechanic out to remove one spring so he could take it to Pheonix( an hour away). I asked Jake to upgrade my springs to 4,000 # springs and add heavy duty shackles and equalizers. He told me they come with a two year parts and labor warranty good anywhere in the country. About 1 1/2 months and about 900 miles the springs failed. One is totally bent out of shape and three others are failing. I had to make a special trip back to his shop on Pinal Ave to get the invoice and warranty paperwork. Now on 4/15/2019 I called the warranty company only to find that Whitfield dropped out of the warranty program in January 2019. In my opinion, that constitutes fraud!!! Though he had to get both done for an expensive amount, the service is definitely worth the price! They do apply veteran discounts, as well as coupons related to brakes, so that's something to keep in mind if you need a lot of work if you travel like we do. The service is always top notch as they inspect everything, and the customer care is pretty awesome. Stephen did a great job despite the store being busy at opening times. Our only complaint is that phone calls to us don't go through, but it's to do with T-Mobile automatically marking this business as spam and not at all the fault of the company. My husband's car runs like a dream now, and we'll definitely continue returning. We've never had problems any time we've been here.
