I like tagging along because I always find an unexpected treasure. They have some of the coolest treats and treasures. I love trying things I've never had before... along with my standards and favorites. I found a wonderful pastry today called "Danish Kringle". It was really great. Almost ate the entire thing as soon as I got home. The pumpkin filling was excellent, the pastry was tender and flaky... Really great! I found a bottle (glass) of "Triple Ginger Brew" with awesome ginger flavor. Then I got a couple bottles of my favorite Italian red wine " Susumaniello". All in all it was a good day at "Trader Joe's".

I went in one time to find Marsala wine and was told by the staff they did not know if they had Marsala wine and had no way to determine if they did. Not was there anyone on staff while could find out. No one is ever on staff for the deli or the fish department. The employees seem to be goofing off all the time/ When you go to the deli, if there is anyone there at all, they are spread over multiple sections and otherwise not interested in helping. And it's take forever to get even a bowl of soup! Tonight I went to the fish department to get salmon and the guy assigned to the section was on the phone talking to someone about his work schedule and until I finally said "excuse me" did he finally get off the phone to wait on customers. There does not seem to be any management on the staff. There is no supervision and no one can answer any questions. It's fine if you go and know exactly what you want, but don't expect prompt attention or any shopping assistance at all. This store NEEDS A MANAGER!! Never see these problems at Giant Eagle and certainly not Heinan's!
