Wife and I went to "Trader Joe's" today for a little shopping. I really like "Trader Joe's" because it's convenient, clean, easy to maneuver and the people are always helpful and knowledgeable. I like tagging along because I always find an unexpected treasure. They have some of the coolest treats and treasures. I love trying things I've never had before... along with my standards and favorites. I found a wonderful pastry today called "Danish Kringle". It was really great. Almost ate the entire thing as soon as I got home. The pumpkin filling was excellent, the pastry was tender and flaky... Really great! I found a bottle (glass) of "Triple Ginger Brew" with awesome ginger flavor. Then I got a couple bottles of my favorite Italian red wine " Susumaniello". I've been to this Trader Joe's multiple times. The team there is so helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked. I bought flowers here for my daughter's rehearsal dinner to decorate. They were such lovely arrangements, we used them at the wedding reception bar for additional decor. Fresh and they worked beautifully. They get new flowers daily! They also have buckets they can fill with water if you buy enough and need them! I came in on December 23 and got a few more stocking stuffers! The young lady at the check out asked if I found everything. I said yes, except the cinnamon candy's with the dragon on the front. She rang her bell, a gentleman came to the checkout and be fore she had completed my order, he had found them and brought one for me. I was really grateful and they explained it was over the ice cream, I like chocolates which are over the other frozen items. Great customer service! So glad this store opened on the east side! Trader Joe's is a great place. It's right around the corner from my home, which is really convenient. In the past, I had to drive down to Beachwood. Trader Joe's always has an interesting selection of interesting things to eat. I was very partial to the blueberry lemon hand pies, which I don't care anymore. They used to have strawberry rhubarb pan pies now they just have strawberry rhubarb mini pies. I wish I would bring back the blueberry lemon and hand pies The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is always well let and warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I'm really glad that Trader Joe's is right around the corner and I highly recommend that everybody in Lake county, the patronize Trader Joe's. read more

I've always liked going to Trader Joe's but I've never been to one so spacious before. I learned that this location opened up a year ago and the business took advantage of the extra space. With the extra space comes extra groceries, produce, and plants that I haven't seen at the ones I frequent. Staff here is extremely courteous and helpful. They also have a full wine shop here along with beer and other beverages. Prices as always are reasonable. Although they will recycle bags for you they don't have the weekly prize giveaway you can enter for doing that. They have plenty of organic, vegan, and gluten free items along with a wide selection of meats and dairy. Even personal care items are expansive. I found their own body wash here that I haven't seen elsewhere. If I lived in this area I would make this my store of choice however, it is good to know when I come to the area to visit my daughter I can stop here as needed. Very spacious store. Helpful and friendly workers and well stocked. All lines opened for checkout. Produce fresh and good. Many vegan and healthy options. Everything is self serve. No deli counter ect. You can buy a pre packaged sandwich or salad if your into that. Or just buy stuff to make your own. Awesome frozen selections. Wine and beer decent too! Organic options for food! Also, cat and dog food if your looking for the fur kids. Paper bags at check out. No plastic. read more

It's a shame that the Sawyer House was demolished for this plot of land to build on. On the same token, I'm very thankful that I no longer have to drive to Chagrin to go to one of my favorite stores! This location is huge! A lot nicer than the Chagrin location in my opinion. It's overwhelming in the best way possible! My hubby got to experience shopping there for the first time ever. He really enjoyed it and said it's his new favorite grocery store. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The store flowed very nicely and was well stocked. The freezer aisle is Aaaa-ma-zing! A great place to stock up on quality, affordable foods! VERY vegan and vegetarian friendly food options! My ONLY GRIPE is on the exterior of the store. There's no aprons by the main entrances to roll your cart down into the parking lot! It's so stupid!!! Sure, there's one by the handicap parking spots. But, nowhere else! They paid big bucks to have that engineered? WOW guys! Other than that, I highly recommend visiting this location. read more
