Extremely rude pharmacy. Anytime I come to pick up my medication I am always spoken down to or treated like I'm a nuisance, especially if I choose to wait in the store for my medication instead of coming back later. I believe the woman's name was Courtney, when I explained that my medication's electronic prescription was sent to their Sandusky location from the Huron Disc Drug Mart last month she became almost confrontational and argumentative when she wasn't able to find it in their computer system, almost giving me a tone as if it was my fault she couldn't view it on the computer read more

I would leave NO stars if I could. This is the worst excuse for a pharmacy. I received a defective sensor for my diabetic testing and was told, sorry that is not our problem, you have to take it up with the mfg. I didn't pay the mfg, I paid them. Then I was first put directly on hold, mid sentence, then hung up on by the Pharmacist. Rude doesnt even begin to say how uncaring and nasty this man was. I have always wanted to go with a hometown business but I am moving all my meds to the large Corp pharmacy and will never put a penny in this companies pocket again. This isnt the first problem I have had there but it sure is my last! Don't wait for them to do this to you, move your business else where fast. Gotta love it!! I can transfer my prescriptions up here from my locations in Columbus. It's a brilliant idea to fulfill needs of the summer tourists... I'd actually work that into a pitch/advertising with them. Great basics that cost less than or comparable to Krogers and Giant Eagle. In and o quickly, beer and wine available, some fruits, veggies. All your staples in place! Nutrition needs, clothing basics, flip flops, sunglasses, makeup, candy, ice-cream, pet needs, boxed and canned goods, tools and projecty type stuff as well. read more

We went on my friend's 21st birthday to have her buy some alcohol for the first time! She had the paper ID from the BMV, since her plastic ID had not come in the mail yet. Every time I would have to use those in the past, they are accepted. We went to the cashier who was a rude old lady, and she did not even know what the paper ID was. So, we explained it to her and showed her the line that said, "Under 21 until this date." She did not want to listen to us. She even pulled out a piece of paper to do the math on her birthday which came out to 21 years old. She called someone on the phone and came back saying that they cannot accept it. Even though it is a legal ID from the state of Ohio. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this drug mart to anyone. read more

I think by now, I should have some ownership stakes in this store. I have no complaints and if I do, I chat with someone and on we go. While every store has their bad apple, the balance of their employees are great! (I choose to remember the great people!) Super helpful, and they take the time to get to know you over the times that you go in and out of there. Little bit of everything which often saves me a trip to other stores. The Pharmacy people are super helpful! Whether I'm looking for information on scripts for my parents, or which blood pressure cuff to buy or info about over the counter meds ~ they've always been super helpful! Had a script that needed filled for my parent which had an astronomical co-pay. They were nice enough to tell me that I could get such and such over the counter (same thing) for a fraction of the cost. They even showed me how to use the blood pressure cuff properly :) Girls at the checkouts are always great and friendly even if they're having a tough day. Do their best to get everyone through efficiently.......though they have yet to tell me where the "vacation aisle" is :) Oh and their photo kiosks are an underrated, overlooked treasure! read more

The girls in the pharmacy act like they are doing you a big favor. They are very rude and treat you like you don't know what you are talking about. They need training on customer service. I am from Maryland and drove 8 hours to this town for a vacation at cedar point. During this time my purse had been stolen and in that purse was my insulin pump PDM. This required me to use syringes until I was able to get home. Every pharmacy turned me away because I didn't have a prescription (I lost my insurance when I turned 26 and was waiting for my benefits to kick in). At this point I began to get panicky because without the pump my sugars started creeping into the mid 300's and no one believed the fact that I needed the syringes for insulin. I finally went into this store and the pharmacist, I believe his name was Keith, was so kind and compassionate. I brought my vial of insulin in with me as my only proof and he was the only one that day that believed me. Can you imagine how that felt for me? That I have this illness where I could die without syringes and yet no one believed me. Keith decreased my anxiety and told me someone had to do something nice for me that day. I am so thankful for him or else I could have ended up in the emergency room with keto acidosis. read more
