The young man didn't take my coupons off and I was charged twice from my bank account. They always take it off when you order it then when you pick it up after coupons it's resent. Twice now it's been put on my bank account and I'm charged for it twice until it falls off in 3-5 business days. But it's still on my account and I've had to put money from my savings so it doesn't make my bank account bounce. I'm not sure why this is happening but I am not doing click list again. Kroger you need to do better. Train your employees better. You have a successful business because of the customers. You need to start listening to them.

I also walk my two westies in the store. They are well behaved service dogs. The store is also very clean. I will continue shopping there and have recommended than many of my friends do the same. They too are pleased. I also love the atmosphere in whole foods. I always feel relaxed and not so anxious to "get out" like in most other stores. Speaking of Whole Foods, I am on my way, right now. Need good organic greens to go into a new recipe. For me, it is the "go to store". I only have one slightly negative comment. Sometimes returns are difficult.

I stopped in today to make some grocery purchases and to buy some cigarettes…read more I went to the self checkouts farthest away from the place where cigarettes were kept locked and my wife started ringing our purchases. When I asked the attendant for my carton of cigarettes (a $110 purchase) he said he was not allowed to sell them at those check lanes and I would have to go to the other self checkouts. I can see some reasoning behind the store managers policy. But, I can also see the inconvenience to the customer. And potential lost sales. I went ahead and bought them there today.. but might consider taking my $110 elsewhere in the future.

It is now a place of last resort to go to with many products missing or only a single option for something you are looking for. The worst though is when you have to check out. It's now like going to Walmart, with only one or two normal checkout lanes open. They seem to be trying to force everyone to check out using the self service lanes, even if you have a full cart of groceries. It's almost like they are trying to make the in store experience as miserable as possible so that people will use their pickup service

The produce looked in good shape. Nice selection of everything I saw. Cant speak to the price difference. Checking out was faster and easier than our Walmart. Parking was less complicated. But this is farther from our house so for that reason not the place we would frequent.

Ridiculous price on groceries these days but that's not really the store fault it's more so who's been running our country into the ground the past few years I clean all my windows pretty regularly at the gas station where I typically don't get gas because Sam's Club and Costco is so much cheaper Excellent fresh produce here usually the deli counter is a really new thing for me because they don't sell fresh cut lunch meats here in Ohio like they do in the Seattle area. It's a completely different style and way of packaging them up ahead of time or you cannot really see the product behind the deli glass. It's closest and most convenient so will continue to shop here until we find something better
