A manager opened another register and yelled for the next person in line. The woman in front of me asked the man in front of her if he wanted to go and he said no so she went. The manager screamed at her that she was not the next person in line and she had to wait even though nobody else was making any attempt to go up there. A random customer (male) walked right up and he wasn't even in line and she checked him out with no issues. So I went next and the woman went after me. When I got up there this rude manager didn't greet me and just kept gossiping with her co-worker. She didn't tell me the total or anything. Once it said approved I didn't wait for her to say or do anything and grabbed my bag and left. Whoever the general manager is you need better employees. We got hit with inclimate weather Thursday night, and on Friday, the roads were a mess, but we both made it in to the office. All day, I waited for him to call thanking me for the surprise gift, but nothing ever came. I figured they were swamped and running behind, so I didn't panic and got busy with other things. When I got home, they were closed. I never received a call or emailed explaining anything to me re: not meeting the delivery timeline. On Saturday, I get a delivery notice that the arrangement had been delivered. How? My husband's office is closed on the weekend, and we are both at home waiting on the OSU vs Michigan game to start. So, I look at the details of the email. I called the store and said, how can you delivery something a day late and not ask me if that would be okay? My husband's office is 30 minutes away from where we live. Just cancel it. She said, she couldn't, but offered to refund me the $10 for the delivery fee. Huh? Who does that? I said, ma'am, it wasn't delivered to him??? So, I got dressed, drove 30 mins each way, and guess what, it was gone. Now, I am in the process of requesting a refund through Paypal. Stay away from Edible Arrangements in Stow. They need some major re-training on customer service.

Some heads need to spin at the store so they can have better customer service. Some sales are good and no sale price are not so good. You have to know prices. I think their deli counter is really high. I don't get any deli. Meat counter has some good specials. Everything else is high. They have decent prices on eggs, milk, bread, and cheese. All the Meijer brands are an ok deal as well. Around the holidays they also have some good sales and their prices are good. Turkey, ham, hamburgers, hot dogs. All holidays through the year. They also have clothes, shoes, pet supplies. Again. Sales decent otherwise prices are just OK. You need to be aware and know how much so you can take advantage of the sales. Overall, it's better than Walmart in my opinion but just a hair better. Be aware and shop what you need. It's OK to be picky.
