This place is awesome. Friendly staff, very helpful. You can find practically anything in this store. The store is kelp very organized, merchandise seems pretty clean. I took my son's clothes here, all in very good shape. Come back in an hour they said. Out of a whole tote of clothes they toke 5 items. Which came out to be about a dollar a piece. I wasn't expecting to walk out of there like I just hit a jackpot or anything, but come on. Some of the clothes I had in I bought from here. I just don't get their criteria for what they except. Almost all of the clothes were "in season" I'm at a loss. I won't even buy clothes from here anymore. Seems like that have a scheme going on here. Just my opinion. read more

Called about selling my child's clothes. Was told they take all seasons, all sizes. Brought 3 large containers of clothes from my 14 yr old daughter. Mostly 10/12 and 14/16. They did not buy ANYTHING! I was told that the clothes were too big and too old!!!!! How can they be too big when you told me ALL sizes???? They said clothes must have been bought within the last 4 years, HELLO! She is only 14, obviously I bought them within the last 4 years. I told them just to donate them, they said they don't do that! First of all, terrible service. We took my son's racecar bed, that we bought from here and have had ten years without any issues, then they told us to come back in an hour so we did just to find out that they broke it and that's the reason they cannot buy it back... So unless you want to waste a trip up there just to have your items broken and told that they can't take it back, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time! read more

Clothing is way too squished together on the racks. If you pull out one thing, several other items fall off hangers. I tried to hang things back up -- but apparently others don't. There's clothing all over the floor in there. People working there seem more interested in talking to each other than they do to people who enter the store. read more
