The first pair of lenses were placed wrong in the frame, and I almost fell a few times due to the placement, and the right lense was blurry. It made me dizzy. I went back because it wasn't working, and i could tell it wasnt me and i wasn't going to adjust to it as the said to wait a few weeks...i think there is only a 30 day period to get things right before they dont care anymore. My right lense is still blurry. They are unusable as it makes me dizzy due to one being correct and the other blurry. I can't "adjust" to it as they advised. I spent hundreds of dollars for basically something I can't use. I had to insist they retest and correct them. My daughter cant use hers either.My family will have to go elsewhere next time. My insurance starts over soon. Good thing January is just about a week away so I will be able to see again, out of both eyes.

No one made them. If they didn't want to walk through the snow they should have said something to us and left it in the driveway. We would have taken care of it ourselves. After the thousand of dollars, we spent them over the years. This is the customer service we got. I would not recommend buying from them.
