Mel and Sean were really nice, listened to my story and my needs, and they were able to take the old truck in trade, and put me in a beautiful 2016 Chevy Cruze. They allowed me to take it on a test drive, and have my mechanics check it out, and then we worked out a deal. I'm happy with my new car, and feel much more safe and secure, and the most pleasant surprise is, the "compact" Cruze feels like a BIG CAR when I'm driving it! I ordered 1 pair of glasses, it took them a week to get the frames in, and THEY DIDN'T even do the lenses. They had me come in to LOOK at the frames when I already told them they were the ones I wanted, and then made me wait another week for the lenses to be done. The day I was supposed to go pick them up they said that they had messed up one of the lenses and that it was going to take ANOTHER WEEK! I was upset and asked them why couldn't they have them ready in the next couple of days since they had messed up my lenses, they should put me at the front of the line. They told me I had to wait till they RAN A WHOLE TRAY of lenses before I would get mine. They eventually called me back and told me they weren't going to be able to make my glasses at all because they messed up and now couldn't afford to produce them for what I had paid, and it wasn't worth there time. The lady furthermore called me an A*&hole and hung up on me. What kind of horrible business is this? I urge you not to go here, there is much cheaper and much more reliable places to get your glasses in Sterling IL like Walmart and Bard Optical. The food is always hot, fresh and reasonably priced. They have their regular menu and a special each day. I have been in there several times lately and the staff has been very friendly and helpful each time. I highly recommend stopping in and grabbing lunch if you are in the area.
