I am going to look further into this, but I believe he (Chris) could possibly be the manager?? Someone made a poor decision promoting this guy. Besides just being rude and unprofessional, this guy had a Trainee shadowing. Who He verbally reprimanded at one-point during our exchange for trying to help. "Why don't you keep your hands in your pockets, stop talking and listen" Thats what this person actually said to a trainee... He was taking measurements for our party and flat out refused to allow any other store associates to help him, and we had a number of people needing to be fitted. When the female associate offered to help with the measurements, he started getting loud and rude with her, and he "snapped" at her too. At one point they left the sales areas and went out of sight, but we could all hear him raising his voice to her and just being rude. People like him shouldn't be in managerial positions. The manager was also arguing with my my father and tried telling him that he HAD to wear the pants up around his bellybutton. Dad's a "bigger" man, he has a belly, and wears his pants below his bellybutton for comforts' sake. And this really bothered me. This man would NOT allow us to try on the clothing items that we were going to spend our money on. If I'm going to pay good hard earned money to rent a suit, I WILL try it on before hand to make sure it fits the way I WANT IT TO...
