After installation was complete he returned to inspect everything and went above and beyond to ensure our home was clean and in order to our satisfaction. David and his helper did a great job installing our carpet. They were very careful carrying long and heavy rolls of carpet through our home and upstairs (which included a very tight turn) without making a single mark on our newly painted walls. Our master closet had many contours along the bottom of our custom shelving units and and they tucked and fastened the carpet seamlessly. At the end of a long day they took the time to throughly vacuum all of the carpet AND cleaned up every little "fuzzy" off of our driveway (where they rough-cut the carpet prior to installation). We have been so delighted with our experience that we've decided to have Neo Flooring provide and install additional runners and an area rug to cover parts of our hardwood floors. Had them install a wood floor. First they installed the…read morewrong shade. Didn't complain about that and just refinished the older section to match the new one. The job didn't get done in one day because they didn't order enough material plus forgot the separator. So they left my unfinished floor with full adhesive. Of course it dried up. They came back a week later after I called them several times. The dried up adhesive was not scraped off before installing the remainder planks so now some parts of the floor sounds hollow! Some are squeaking. I emailed but all I got was "yes sir" and "I am requesting a work order". All these time without any update. It is now a month since they installed the floor and still have not heard from them. I am having the floor repaired by professionals and sue this company. I don't know how business can get away with things like this.

He re did them next week with a bad attitude, this time the floors looks acceptable but with a couple of minor imperfections. I pay him 50% of the contract and hold the other 50 % to wait that he finish it properly. He didn't finish it completely and sent me an invoice overcharging me the square footage for over 200SF. I invite him to measure them with me to agree on a total that he refuse to do. Is not the first time he does a job for me and he have to go back and fix it. There are better companies than JVS, stay away from them.
