When I spoke to the employees on multiple different occasions I asked to speak to the owner about any possible solutions since my truck had been there the longest out of anything the employees had seen. He flat out refused. He would not speak to me and he would not offer any customer service to his record holding customer. The employees helped me as much as they could, however the owner shows no ownership to his business or customers. It's unprofessional and frankly just lazy on his part. The employees were good, and the work was good however with the complete disregard the owner shows customers I would avoid this place. He will ignore any problems that arise while you are there and insist his employees do the bare minimum to help you.

Thought my wife's car was looking at possibly replacing the master cylinder for her brakes. The guys found the problem was that the brake line just needed to be bled. As soon as they found the problem they let us know, so communication was spot on. Instead of paying several hundred to a thousand dollars for an unnecessary replacement they only charged the labor for the bleed, saving us some serious cash and making us lifetime customers. The shop is clean and inviting and the guys make you comfortable about the exam and diagnosis from start to finish. By far the best auto shop that I have ever worked with. Since I didn't want to risk pulling it out myself and ending up with a flat tire in my driveway (which is only a few houses away), I brought it in for a quick check. To their credit, they took a look right away, removed the plastic, and re-inflated the tire. The whole process was quick and the staff was courteous. That said, I was charged $75, which they have posted in the front office as a diagnostic fee. I had essentially diagnosed the issue myself when I saw the large piece of plastic sticking out of the tire, so the charge felt a bit high for what turned out to be a simple fix. While I was paying, I asked what they would charge to mount and change a tire, and I was told $30--which made the $75 charge feel even more out of proportion. Overall, I appreciate the prompt service and professionalism, but I did walk away feeling a little undervalued as a customer given the simplicity of the issue.
