Extremely frustrating and unsafe experience…read more I brought my vehicle in for a specific issue and ended up paying $3,400 for repairs that did not fix the problem. Within one day, the vehicle was shaking badly, and I had to return because a part they installed (tie rod) was not properly secured. The issue continued for weeks, including multiple breakdowns and being without my car for several days. At one point, my vehicle was even moved to another location without my permission. The most alarming part is that the same tie rod failed AGAIN while I was driving, which is a major safety concern. I've tried repeatedly to resolve this with both the local shops and corporate but have not received a resolution. I would not trust this location with suspension or steering work.
