Dan continued looking for quality at a reasonable price and he delivered my Good Year Tires they even brought me into the shop and showed me the damage I had done to my rim they were able to still balance my tires so that I would not shake and I didn't have to replace my rim there were a few minor things that needed to be fixed that they saw in inspection of my truck I recommend that you get the inspection it's better to know the whole picture of what's going on with your vehicle weather you choose to do anything about it right then or at a later date. Extremely frustrating and unsafe experience…read more I brought my vehicle in for a specific issue and ended up paying $3,400 for repairs that did not fix the problem. Within one day, the vehicle was shaking badly, and I had to return because a part they installed (tie rod) was not properly secured. The issue continued for weeks, including multiple breakdowns and being without my car for several days. At one point, my vehicle was even moved to another location without my permission. The most alarming part is that the same tie rod failed AGAIN while I was driving, which is a major safety concern. I've tried repeatedly to resolve this with both the local shops and corporate but have not received a resolution. I would not trust this location with suspension or steering work.

Been taking my vehicles here since new owner took it over. Extremely happy with everything from the secretary to the service being performed. They also committed fraud by having me sign a form on which they had already checked the box that I don't want to see the parts that were replaced in my transmission, which to me says they didn't really replace all the parts they said they did.
