I had a number of tree removal services come out to ensure I was getting the best price. 1. Mike came out for a FREE estimate, where others charged a fee that was refundable if I decided to hire them (lame!) 2. He was super nice, courteous and professional (even though I had to reschedule the date of the estimate at the last minute). 3. He and his crew removed all the damaged branches very quickly and cleaned up the debris afterwards to the point that my backyard looked like there had never even been downed branches in it! And 4. Mike and his crew were prompt and communicative. I had several large city trees encroaching on my property, on top of roof, Alongside building and in my backyard. Because city would not cut the trees back I had to call someone for services. Mike was a recommendation from another service provider. He understood my desire to keep the trees intact as possible but also address the parts of the tree that were compromising my property and causing problems. He had a crew to cut, and a crew to dispose/clean tree parts and limbs. They left my property and the area around my property cleaner than when they came. In the process a small part of my wooden fence was chipped. Although I watched most of the cutting process and was confident that they were taking all necessary precautions, sometimes these things happen.
