One of the biggest challenges was that all of the demolition debris had to be taken out through a very tight access point, but the crew handled it efficiently without any issues. From start to finish, Daniel and his team were organized, professional, and incredibly hardworking. They removed the shed, demolished and hauled away all of the old concrete, cleared the overgrown lawn, and completely transformed the space. The quality of the materials they used was excellent. They built a beautiful stone patio exactly the way we envisioned it, installed an elegant pathway accented with Mexican river rock, and created two separate areas--one for our pool and another with fresh sod for a small lawn. I hired Santana's Landscaping to install an underground sump pump discharge line, with the explicit agreement that the design would prevent any pooling water in my front yard. Unfortunately, the installation completely failed to meet that standard, and the customer service follow-up was non-existent. The discharge point they installed sits in a depression, meaning the water constantly overflows and sheets directly across the public sidewalk instead of draining properly. This created a slip hazard and left a permanent puddle in the yard. Because the water was left to sit stagnant, my grass is now dying and turning orange from iron bacteria. When I reached out to Daniel with photos of the flooding, he told me to 'wait 10 days' for the ground to drain. I waited the full timeframe, but the problem persisted. I reached out multiple times afterward to get a plan together to fix the grading or extend the line. Daniel completely stopped responding and abandoned the project. Daniel did a great job! We needed our backyard sodded and some old landscaping removed. He gave us a very fair estimate. We had a start date of April 1-8 but due to our crazy weather he could not get sod until the 10th. Daniel called and explained this which is perfectly understandable. He came on the 10th and did a great job. He followed through on all that he promised and did a great cleanup of the mud on the sidewalks so that you wouldn't even know he was there. Great quote, said they'd start in 15 days. Workers showed up without any prior notice at 7 am on a Saturday and started sawing bricks and blasting music, i had to run outside and tell them to stop before my neighbors called the police, they left. Finished job after a few days. Immediately started harassing me for payment, demanded cash, acted as if i was going to leave the country without payment. I had referred him to my elderly parents for a project and they had same experience, workers showed up without warning and starting working at 7am and when work was done harassed them for cash payment. Hounded phone calls, extremely aggravating. I don't know if they got burned in the past or what. Zero social graces, cash payment demand is kind of fishy and an inconvenience, starting loud machinery unannounced at 7am on a Saturday is just inappropriate, illegal, and rude to client and neighbors. Normally i can get a good contractor no less then 6 jobs from my referral, this company took the money and ran, and good riddance, i would not refer them to anyone. Hire at your own risk. read more

Daniel and his crew did an amazing job giving my home a beautiful facelift. I don't usually post reviews but was compelled to do so because not only do I love but I have received so many compliments from all my neighbors and friends. I really didn't know where to start but he gave us some great ideas and we went with it and I can't stress enough how happy I am. He truly knows his craft. He made some hefty promises about everything he was going to do but to my surprise he lived up to all of them. I've had some bad experiences in the past with contactors not living up the their agreement so we were leery. Daniel and has staff arrived at 630am and worked until 7:00pm for 3 days to get it done on schedule as it rained the first day which caused a delay getting started.
