They could have said we can schedule a different time or something better then just a 1 line response. I can't speak for there work quality but 1 star for there customer service responses on yelp. *Update* - the owner did reach out and sincerely apologize for the response and personally came out and spoke with me and quoted me on my roofing situation. I cannot say any bad about the effort that was put forward to rectify is initial problem. Quote was very well put together and he explained everything very well. Overall, I have raised my initial 1 star review to a 4 star for the effort he put into to make things right and to correct this issue from happening to future customers.

Johnny and Brandy have a professional, honest and reliable business which is managed in a very homeowner friendly manner. We were again kept informed of what was going to be done, how it was to done and when. All work was completed in a seamless manner. The work crews were very responsible as all plants and other items near the home were carefully covered while the job was being completed. The cleaningcrew did an excellent job and all looked back in place. Again, the expert office personnel took care of any and all insurance paperwork. This is a big plus since today even more documentation is required by insurance companies before any payment or reimbursement is made. We did have urgency for an estimate because of the rain predicted to come this weekend and week.
