Excellent communication, on-time (actually early). Took just a few minutes to complete shredding a dozen boxes. Driver does wear earbuds and doesn't hear you most of time and keeps putting back in ears after each comment so guess prefers you don't talk to him. My excellent experience started with a phone call to Spencer the manager/dispatcher who gave me options on how to get my documents shredded and steered me towards the cheapest way to do so with them. Hey Ladies, I used this company what a bad decision I made. Number one, when I called them, I asked if I could bring my shredding to their location and what was there address, and I asked how much they charged for bring in shredding was it by the box, and how much per box. the young woman answering the phone said they rather bring their truck to me. Number 2 Why? Wasn't I given a quote for bringing it to them? Because they charge you $100 to come to your home. Yet, she never gave me a price for their "bring it to their location per box charge" nor did she ever give me a location address. She made an appointment for me and said I would have 16 boxes included in the $100. Fast forward to the day of their visit and I discovered that their charges "could & would" change. Yes, apparently, they could change their "non-existing" rules, willy dilly. What did I learn the day? Well, that I would be overcharge based upon the color of my skin and the sex of my gender, and I learned I would be called a "Liar" by their manager. Why? Because per their "white male manager" all women lie! You should know that as of October 19, 2019, the manager of this company has "NO" customer service skills what's so ever, he was rude, whiny, and totally lacking in any human kindness qualities nor could the word professional roll of his tongue. And Lades please note, if their manager calls you and say they will be there in 45 minutes; they are only doing this to set you up so that they can tack on "Extra-Charges"! And most of all they think you should take it and not complain! This company quoted a price of 100 dollars for 16 boxes and a window of time of two hours . The driver called early and wanted to come earlier than the window of time so we agreed but the driver was closer than we were so he charged us for being late which I find ridiculous Also I talked to the so-called boss and he said that we told him that we had no more to shred but we only called because he would shred 16 boxes for $100 he only shredded eight therefore why were we charged the hundred dollars ?
