Junk King Fresno Let me tell you the amazing experience I had with the Junk King Fresno. I called to get a quote and they were available to come out that day, I was unfortunately not. They scheduled a day at my convenience for a quarter acre property with a three bedroom house that abunch of hoarding tweakers had been squatting in. I had warned them there was alot to get rid of and I was assured they had big trucks available. They called the night beforehand to confirm the appointment and assured me they could start that day if need be. The day finally arrived and I was sure they'd show up and inform me they did not want the job by the smell alone. I was wrong they showed up and assured me that they had seen worse. Once they surveyed the property and the ridiculous amount of crap (literally and figuratively)they provided a quote for the clean-up that was more than reasonably fair for what they were about to take on. The amazing Kings of Junk jumped right in and began riding the property of the third world likeness it had taken on. These men began on a Fiday and tirelessly continued through Wednesday loading three to four truck loads a day. When I tell you the crew was hard working I mean truly hard working. I saw them take only two breaks the whole time outside of dump runs and a quick lunch. The Junk King crew were courteous, respectful, trustworthy and efficient especially when the crackheads wanted to go through and save everything. As the Junk King crew hauled away the landfill sized mountain of trash the stress I had endured slowly began to dissipate. I was finally rid of the unwanted guests and their mess. Towards the end of the job I threw on another truck load of junk at another property and they didn't hesitate or complain. The Junk Kings Fresno hauled away an astonishing 16 truck loads. read more

I should start by saying I used a competitor in the past and had a horrible experience. I was ridiculously overcharged because they laid my items out flat on the truck instead of piling it up. Since it took up more space, they charged about double of what it should have been. Plus, they left a mess that they were supposed to sweep up. So when these guys came I had my guard up expecting to have to put up a fight so I wasn't swindled again. But this time it was quite the contrary. The guys were really friendly and helpful and I was charged a much fairer price. I was so happy with the service and relieved to get rid of my crap that I was practically skipping on my way back into the house. I will no doubt use them again. read more

Absolutely wrong decision on my part. The positive is you can book online and availability is great. Service and quality is terrible!! They refused to take items, fence board and yard clippings, complained about an item being heavy so we used a sledge hammer to break the item to stop the complaining. We had everything marked but they couldn't figure it out and were overall lazy and whiney. At one point they asked us if we could use our tractor to load up their truck. They said we probably needed more than one truck but did nothing to actually conserve space to make room but made sure to charge of a 5th of the truck. Save yourself the frustration use 1-800-got-junk...not these people. read more

We used Junk King this morning and they did a great job! They removed some heavy fire safes (4) that weigh about 400lbs each and some additional office furniture. They were fast and efficient. The guys handling the work were professional and didn't disrupt our business in any way and they were careful and nothing was damaged. Their pricing was completely affordable. read more

Once I found out their pricing, it was cheaper to rent a U-Haul and take it to the dump. They wanted to charge me 120 to remove one sofa.

Worst experience ever.. if you want to be charged in a timely manner do not use them. Their $350 bin whatever fits is near to impossible to stay within the pounds where you aren't charged overage fees that are outrageous. Then the contract states the customer must pay with in 10-30 days of service but if they forget to bill you they will charge your card when ever they find your information again without any heads up. 5 months later seems plausible. I should have just rented a uhaul and took it to the dump myself since I did all the work loading up the bin anyways. I would have saved the additional charges and headache of unapproved running of my credit card 5 months later. I would not recommend using junk king as their contract is in place only be able To charge more than advertised, whenever they feel like it, not to mention half of what I needed to get rid of was not allowed. they charge for a mattress tone picked up almost $50 and then drop it at the free drop off in Fresno. Way to be and honest company, More like a deceiving company. Please do yourself a favor and find a small local person not out to gouge the customer. read more

Really happy with our experience with Junk King! I'd seen them here on Yelp, so when it was time to chuck out our heavy old dining set we called them right away. They were quick to get us set up with an appointment 2 days out. Well, we screwed up and went out during our appointment time and missed the call. When we realized what we'd done we called back and they said they'd get back in touch. The drivers called about 30 minutes later and caught us at the end of their route. I set up an appointment at a time that I would be available because of work. My appointment was at 3:30 pm. The day of the appointment I was contacted around 1040 an asking if I could move my time earlier because the drivers were already in Hanford. This request was NOT unreasonable. However, I was at work and unable to leave. When I expressed this to the female she was very short & told me that it would be an inconvenience for them to leave Hanford and have to come back at my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT time. She even asked if I could reschedule my appointment for the next day. I expressed to her that I would not be able to do that either. She snapped and said they would "figure it out". I thanked her & hung up the phone, but had an uneasy feeling about possibly having some disgruntled drivers come to my house & perhaps being overcharged (they do pricing on the spot) All because I needed to have the service at 3:30. While I sort of understand WHAT she was trying to accomplish, I found it highly unprofessional for a customer to made out to be an inconvenience. I called back & canceled my reservation. One of your vehicles hit my car. The driver didn't have insurance info. My husband went to your business and was given expired insurance. I went through my insurance and I just got notice from them and progressive that there was no valid insurance on the vehicle. Does any of your vehicles have insurance? When the team arrived they quoted a rather large quote. I had a follow up company coming that afternoon and told them to move on. The team then came back to me with a $30-$40 cost deduction. Seemed like it wasn't going to get better than that, even with the other company's estimated costs. After performing the job, the team who took my payment information was impatient and rude. I mistakenly gave them over a $50 tip, thinking they at least performed the job well. When I arrived home I found they had left pieces I had left out to be picked up, including a piece of wood placed face up with nails protruding upwards on my driveway.
