I had 5 boxes of old records to shred, so their very reasonable $35 minimum made sense for me. I drove my stuff over to their location at 4315 W Santa Ana Ave, Fresno, CA and was met with zero delay by a friendly, cooperative, knowledgeable fellow who offloaded my records, handled my payment, and provided me replacement boxes at no additional charge. Nice! The site was easy for me to access, but carefully secured with a locked gate to the staging area. Looks to me like my stuff was safe until it was sent off to the actual shredder (which appears to be at another site, but I didn't ask). Altogether an easy, professional transaction. We just used Pacific Shredding for the first time today. The driver, Gabe, was so personable and professional. He called to let us know he was on his way and arrived in a timely manner. The truck was neat and very clean. We thought it would be about an hour project to empty all our boxes. Gabe had everything down to a science and was finished in a very short period of time. Pacific Shredding brought our company into the 21st century lol. We were with our previous company for far too many years, offering substandard service and quality. They pick up from each of our offices on time and without any interruption. We also use them for file storage and they are excellent in that area as well. We regularly close files and send them to Pacific's facility for safekeeping (we are legally required to keep client files for 7 years). We then frequently call back certain files or boxes as needed. Pacific offers an expedited same day service to bring the files back and then picks them up when we're ready. They're the best. Our rep and the guys who pick up at our main office are always friendly and professional looking (previous company had guys coming looking like they'd had a real rough night before lol). The guy that picks up at my sub-office isn't as friendly but whatever. read more

Pacific Shredding came to my home and shredded four (4) standard boxes of my important files and documents. I paid a flat fee ($) for the at my home service and I could have had a total of fifteen (15) boxes shredded. They drove up to my house which was very convenient for me and they loaded all of my boxes into the truck and the shredded them all. It took about three (3) minutes to complete the job.
