The agreement contract signed is very clear that nothing is to be left in the unit and that the 20a power supplied is for lights and charging batteries NOT for keeping the refrigerator cold. I am sorry but when you "STORE" an RV, that means it is not in use and food should have been removed. I just went through losing power in my home due to a storm. The food I lost was my responsiblity and no one else's. Don't expect compensation for being an irresponsible RV owner.

She finally answered after like 3 hours to just ask "were you able to get out?" What a joke! She didn't apologize or take an ounce of responsibility. Like no big deal...
