No problem, I had 45 minutes to get to work. After 30 minutes, called back and he had sent the driver to the wrong address!!! Was going to check on the location. Never heard back from them, they blocked calls too. Cab never showed up!!!! I ended up getting a Co worker to come get me and I was 45 minutes late getting to work because of this company!!! The app showed the driver going in the wrong direction. We messaged them but had no reply. We were forced to cancel the ride just after 4:00am. We had to drive ourselves and park in long term parking. What was a $25 Uber ride turned into $170 parking fee. Our address is easy and GPS brings right to our front door. Now I get another text from UBER stating we are looking for a driver for you. REALLY? i gave you a 2 1/2 hour window and now your leaving me stranded cuz you don't have a driver? Not reliable. My rating for Uber is zero. We had to ask a complete stranger if they wouldn't mine driving me round trip to pick up the part and back to the inoperative vehicle. Which went well by the way.
