All the warranties are not applicable right away due to the tire's date of 2018. I feel like they ripped me off. When confronting the store manager about this, he said they can sell 9 year old tires as new and they even still have some tires from 2001 in store. The store refused a refund or to reduce the price. Most people these days would have happily sold me 4 new tires. Those tires, including the used tire purchased, are still fine 8 months later. This was surprising because: - The rim did not leak before the tire installation. - The new tire had no damage when I found it flat. - The rim and tire were inspected at the time of installation, so I question how the rim could crack or be damaged during service without an immediate failure or noticeable damage on the new tire. The final outcome was insufficient: I was told they do not repair rims and there was no clear explanation, accountability, or resolution offered. The communication throughout this process was inconsistent, and I did not receive a concrete plan to move forward or a satisfactory remedy. Ridiculous
