After an expensive unplanned over night stay, we started calling around for altenators. By chance we were directed to this store from the kind folks at the Abingdon, VA store. Charles and his staff went well above and beyond to assist. Although they did not have the part, they sent a driver 45 minutes up the road to get it. Charles then lent my husband his own tools to fix the part. He checked in to see if we needed water in the summer heat or a reprieve from the heat. He was so knowledgable, courteous, and helpful. We can't thank this store and its staff enough for getting us back on our way!

Boys and girls Buckle up I got a story to tell you. I went there last week just to get windshield…read morewipers replaced well we go in start to place our order half way through the person helping us starts talking to someone on the phone for about 20 mins while we have to wait for him to get off the phone with someone wanting to know how much something cost. We shrug that off and finally buy the blades now comes the fun part. This guy had absolutely no idea what he was doing pulling at our wipers looking like he was about to break them trying to and I quote "just cram them in there" looking up youtube videos on how to do it so that was another 30 mins wasted. He said he was gonna get someone else to do it because he was scared of breaking them. So 15 mins later the next guy comes out after waiting for him to get off the phone naturally. He can't get the job done either and at this point we just want our money back and to be done with it so we have them put the old ones back on and go inside to get a refund. We get halfway through that one when suprise suprise they are on the phone again another 15 mins goes by before I finally say something at that point we finally get our money back and can leave. To put it into perspective I went to advanced auto and timed how long it would take them 10 mins and 46 seconds from the time I went in the door till I pulled out the parking lot. Never going back here again. But on the bright side it seems like the perfect place to work if all you want to do is stand around talking on the phone all day

When I went to pay, I asked if they did the code retrieval and the guy said heir scanner wouldn't work. On my way home, I tested the wiper fluid and realized that didn't put any in. Guess I'm still on the hunt for a great place to get my oil changed. Update: I checked, and they did put fluid in. It's just not coming out for some reason. Updated my rating to reflect that.
