Let me tell you... this place is amazing. I live in surprise az. Had a local shop couldn't do the job. Had a friend referred me to Alex at tire pros and told me he is the only person to trust with there vehicles. So I called and Alex said he will take care of it. This is the first place I've taken my vehicle to that didn't take all day to get the work done, it was done in 3 hours tops. Thank you to this tire shop! I live in San Diego county and have a 34 ft diesel pusher motorhome in my travels encountered a front flat tire last week. Due to a screw. After being towed by this awesome tow company: BD AZ Towing the tire shop got right on it and ordewred the same brand of tire. And a brand new tire made 12-20 (always preferred) They took great care of me. This place knows their stuff! Thank you!! Keith was so super nice to my mother and I! My mom called me and said that her tire was flat and she couldn't figure out why. I called Tire Pros and Keith answered the phone. I told him the issue and he immediately asked where she was and if she needed him to go to her (tear). After explaining to him that she was in route to me he said bring her in! When we got there, we were greeted by him and another gal. There were both very pleasant. We gave him the keys and 30 minutes later, we were on our way! Super nice! Fast Service! Horrible place took money and lied. They said they put in an expensive oil filter in my car. They said my car took a specific oil filter they charged me $60 just for the filter. $110 total. A few weeks ago we decided to do our own oils change. And what do we find. A $7 parts plus filter. Yeah that's a $60 oil filter. BTW Chrysler doesn't recommend any specific oil filter for my 200 and they said it WILL NOT VOID OUT MY WARRANTY. Like the lady at your front desk told me. We couldn't believe our eyes when we saw that $7 filter. I must have had sucker on my forehead. BEWARE PEOPLE YOU BETTER STAND OUT THERE AND WATCH ALL PARTS COMING OUT AND GOING INTO YOUR VEHICLES. We were heading to California from Arizona for a wedding. We were traveling at night when we blew a tire. We were about 45 mins south of Yuma. One of the lug nuts had been stripped so we weren't able to get it off. After trying to get ahold of someone after hours, we were able to get Justin who was already on a different job. He not only showed up earlier than he said but he was able to get us on the road quick. He recommended that we get the tire repaired because the spare was in bad shape. We ended up staying the night in Yuma and was at their Yuma location when the opened. Roy was the one who helped us along with others who literally took our situation seriously. We had to be at the wedding at 2:00pm. We still had about a 4 hour drive. They were amazing and helped us with two new tires and a lug nut so that we didn't run into this problem again. Brought my car to Ed Whitehead's due to non-functioning air conditioner in my Mazda. In the Arizona summer, having no air in the car makes driving impossible. I was able to bring my car in the next day and the problem was identified and repaired after waiting for the part. Customer service was top notch going above and beyond what you expect from a mechanic shop. If you need a ride home and back the staff is more than willing. Heat can cause extreme fatigue for me quickly so to insure that I did not get overheated, instead of me picking up my car the car was brought to my home. Though the parts had to be ordered from the dealer, the price to fix my car was a fair price and the work was done correctly. Great customer service and mechanics. I was freaking out about an extremely low tires that are fairly new as of October. I called Danielle Fraijo and she said come on in. I was a usual here for almost a year because I trusted them. I make sure I do a visual inside & outside my truck before I pull into a shop & I went for a simple oil change. when i got my truck back they ripped off 1 of my inner wheel well spash guard, like I didn't notice. I had heard Whitehead tell 1 guy "tare it off", I didn't know what he meant until later. The pan under my truck flooded w/ oil so they claimed they cleaned it but why tare my stuff off? So they can see down through the well into the pan under the engine. When I got my truck back I questioned it, Whitehead guy said the other side didn't have 1, but I took that off myself before bcz I don't have gromets. The oil light was on still so I checked my dip stick to ensure they did put oil in my truck. No oil showed on my dip stick. 3 guys (1 whitehead & 2 other guys) put 6 courts in my 5.7L V8 engine rather than 7.4 quarts it requires, they put in another quart free bcz I caught it but still that makes 7 not 7.4 qt. Don't take your vehicle here if you work hard for it. They'll break or tare stuff, and won't tell you about it. read more
