Contacted them for tires and oil change. Had a mid-morning appointment, but dropped in at 7:30 am and they took us right away! Had good tire selection and pricing so we got what we wanted. High speed balanced, checked all the tpms sensors and got the alignment right. Oil changed and they reminded us that our records indicated the coolant had never been flushed. With 125K on the ticker and a mid-summer trip through the desert it seemed like a good idea to get it done. All this for $750 is pretty reasonable. Jade did a great job! read more

Service is exceptional, technicians are professional and Eduardo is wonderful--friendly, personable and very helpful. He's at the front desk, in the service area and always on the ball making sure that servicing is done correctly and in a timely manner. I particularly appreciate the fact that he kept us informed throughout the process on both of our visits. He helped us when we bought a used car a few years ago; so when we needed a new battery we made an appointment to do that, have an oil change, tires rotated, fuel/cooling systems flushed and air conditioner serviced. He even came to where we were stranded to jump start our car (not a service normally provided, so was very much appreciated). He sets a very positive tone for the whole shop which makes what could otherwise be tedious, very pleasant. They have a nice waiting area with a view of the shop, along with coffee, water, donuts, fruit, TV and WiFi. Products and services were reasonably priced--the battery cost what we would have paid at an auto parts store and they installed it for $25. Other services seemed reasonably priced as well. Plus they had free burgers and hot dogs the day I was there . Now the bad. They did a poor job of balancing my tires. But when I came back a couple of days later they fixed it for free. They were extremely nice about re balancing my tires. So it was a good experience for myself. I may go back for some other maintenance they perform also. I was in the Casa Grande store on January 14, 2025 to get the brakes on my 2016 GMC Canyon fixed. Rotors and pads. Just under $1,400.00. Upon check-out, I asked if they offered a veterans discount. Edwardo responded, "Yes. We do. But I already gave you a discount on (scrolls through receipt) *item*, so... I saved you about $20 on each." (they did front & back) Really? You "gave" me a discount you never mentioned and when I specifically ask about one for vets, your response is "Yeah, we offer them - just not to YOU." I even offered my DD214 as proof, which you refused to look at. I have been using this location for the past 20 years and this is the first time I have felt taken advantage of. While waiting observed Jeff, the manager address and take care of customers. Was so impressed with this Manager who spoke to each and every customer in a concerned , polite and professional way. TL;DR -- WILL GASLIGHT YOU INTO UNNECESSARY REPAIRS AND FINANCING I brought my 2012 Buick Enclave to this shop on 6/10/25 because it randomly died. No stalling. No struggling to start. It would just shut off--completely--without warning. You ran your tests and said everything looked good. That it was starting fine, no codes, and the battery tested fine. You even wrote "GOOD BATTERY" on my paperwork. Then you told me I should still replace it--because it didn't have a date sticker and "it gets hot in the desert." You originally quoted over $500 for the battery. When I hesitated, you magically dropped the price to "a little over $300." I didn't want to spend more than I had to, but I needed a working car. I have a disabled son with weekly medical appointments in Mesa. I work. I need reliable transport. So, I agreed. I told myself I'd just eat the cost--life lesson--and that at least the battery would come with a warranty. You assured me this was the "most likely culprit." Except... on the way home, my car still DIED. Just like before. I called immediately, but you were closing. I brought the car back the next morning (6/11/25). I even showed your staff video proof of what happened: The dash flashing "SERVICE ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM." I showed it to you. And you dismissed it. Told me the message "didn't mean anything." That it only popped up because the car died. You ignored clear evidence. Then you told me my car was suddenly overheating--which it has never done in the two years I've owned it. I told you that. Repeatedly. My temp gauge has always held steady. But you insisted it needed a new fan and thermostat. Quoted me over $1,800. I was overwhelmed. I started crying. Told you I couldn't afford that. You still pushed it. Eventually, you offered financing through a line of credit--so I took it. I was desperate. You made me feel like I had no other option. I needed the car working. You "fixed" it. I left. It died again. Immediately. Same problem. I didn't even make it to the freeway. That's when you told me actually, the problem was the key fob. You hadn't pulled a code before, but now said the issue was Code P0513--related to the anti-theft system not recognizing the key. You know, the exact message I showed you in the video on Day 2 BEFORE you did the thermostat and fan "repair". Then you said I'd have to go to a special locksmith (whose card you just happened to have) or a dealership--after paying you thousands for parts and labor I never needed. I asked for a refund that day (6/11/25) from Eduardo M. and he said I needed to come back Friday (6/13/25) to speak with Steven W. I did. Steven said he remembered our conversation, acknowledged I'd told him from the start that my car had never overheated. But he also said he had to get permission from his higher-ups to cancel the financing. He promised I'd hear from him by the end of the day, or Monday (6/16/25) at the latest. I followed up by email and phone. When I called on Monday, he didn't remember me until I reminded him, then said, annoyed, I'd hear back by the end of the day. They closed hours ago. No call. No email. No refund. You know who DID fix my car? BATTERIES PLUS. I replaced the battery in my key fob for $18 and had them resync it. That was the actual issue. That one simple fix solved everything. No special locksmith. No dealer. No $1,800 bill. My car has been running ever since I replaced the battery in my keys. This wasn't just a misdiagnosis. It was a series of dismissals, manipulations, and pressures that left me with a useless "repair," a line of credit I never should have needed. It's PREDATORY. I told them in the future they should be straight up with customers if they do not know what is wrong with the car. To have integrity and just admit they don't know instead of creating problems to fix and finance. I'm prepared to file a formal complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General's Office. read more

I was forced to leave 1 star as i cannot leave a review without a star. Day 1 sept 09th took vehicle in to have A/C checked and serviced as noticed it started blowing a little warm. As we sat there we heard staff telling customers that mechanics were sent home at 9am because they were slow. We waited 3 hours to have our A/C checked and serviced. Was initially told shraders valves high and low needed to be replaced as "A/C tech" stated after charging system R134a was passing through both high and low shrader vales after there was a pop. Thinking maybe there tech overcharged the system and caused a bigger issue. Then was told that their machine went into limp mode and that they could not properly test system and that a tech needed to checked their machine and that they would give us a call when machine was working. Day 02 morning of Sept 10th no call from store so we called and was told to come on down to have A/C checked. When we got there was told tech yesterday was not their regular A/C tech and found out nothing was wrong with the machine. A/C was serviced valves were replaced and was told to come back in 3 days to check for leaks. Noticed that on the way home A/C was not blowing cold, in fact it was worse then when we took it in to have it checked and serviced. Called the store and they implied that there maybe a major leak..hmm strange as there was none prior to the tech touching the vehicle on the 9th. Informed them that I was not happy as A/C was suppose to be serviced and it is still not working. They continued to imply that is was not their fault and that there must be a leak somewhere. Not happy with service as we paid for something that was not done and poor customer service. If you want great customer service and your vehicle properly serviced do not go to this store. read more

I had a great experience at this location. My 2020 Coachmen Beyond started shimmying just after that rough patch on Hwy 85. I drove slowly to the Casa Grande area and stayed at a RV park. The next morning I was at Big O at 7am. My rear tires started splitting. Eduardo was GREAT to work with. All the guys in the store were working hard and got along. They had to order my tires from a nearby warehouse and I was able to drive away with new tires by 2pm. That's 6 new tires. They even drove me to Office Max to take care of business. We were on a road trip from Tucson to San Diego on Memorial Day when we got a flat tire on the I-10 near Eloy. We called ahead to make sure we could find a shop with tires that fit our truck. Big O was one of the few shops open on the holiday. We spoke with Dale who told us that unfortunately they didn't have any tires our size in stock. When we inquired about a different size, they were able to get us a set of larger tires (so this wasn't an upsell just a good solution). When we arrived to the shop they were pretty busy. Not only were the employees super friendly, but so were the other customers who heard about our interrupted road trip. Dale and his team had in out in under an hour (as promised) so we could get back on the road to our vacation. Thank you Dale and the rest of crew at this Casa Grande location. The value on the tire warranty is exceptional! I was helped right away! I noticed there was a low tire light on- so I filled it up and 2 days later it was low again. Took my car to get my tires checked and see if they can patch them and they told me it would be a couple of hours which was fine but they called me back an hour later and told me they can't patch my tire because the nail was on the sidewall. They proceeded to tell me i need new tires and tried to sell me new tires. I left went to another tire shop and they check my tires and the nail wasn't in the sidewall and was fixable!!! I seen it with my own eyes!!! Also my TPMS was just rolling around in my tire!!! I got both tires fixed by Florence tires and was on my way. Big O offers free tire patching just to get you in there and then try to BS you and sell you tires!!! Horrible service would never go back to Big O Tires!!! Spent quite a bit of money at the Casa Grande, AZ location. Steven the GM is great, can't say enough good things about that guy. I think he really tried to help us out and honor quotes, warranties, etc. However, I cannot trust their "tech" department with properly diagnosing our vehicles any longer. They mis-diagnosed (and mis-quoted) fixing our 2 vehicles 75 percent of the time. Example: Car was finnicky on when it wanted to start up, sometimes it would start and sometimes it wouldn't. They diagnosed it as the battery and ignition switch and quoted us "X" amount. Money was tight but gave them the green light to fix it. They "fixed" it, we drove it home and it wouldn't start the next morning so we brought it back to shop that night. They had it for 2-3 days without a call so I called them and it's ready to be picked up. They told us to not use the key to unlock the car, use the key faab. Thought that was kinda weird, but whatever. Tried that, it worked for 2 days then went back to same issue. We brought it back a third time, it sat for 3-4 days without a call so I called them. Steven tells me that their tech guy hurt his foot and will be out a couple weeks so they aren't taking tech calls. Went to a new shop, they diagnosed it within an hour...factory alarm was draining the battery. You would think that a "technician" would have seen the red flag when we had to use the faab to open the door. Could have thought of better ways to spend our money for sure! I wouldn't bring my vehicle in there for anything more than new tires or a tire rotation if it were me. I don't even know if I would do that anymore. read more

Car had a stabilitrac light on and also making a noise. The manager told me there were several codes, one being fuel injectors. The codes were open codes which I now know means electrical. He unnecessarily replace these injectors for $1,000 plus. Members of the shop confirmed this and stated Steven said to replace them. Manager said the noise was the serpentine belt and said they replaced it. They messed with this car all day and then shorted out the computer and refused to be responsible for it. Steve made promises to honor his initial quote but he did not. And on top of all of this the car is still making the very same noise $4,000 later. Go anywhere but this shop, they are liars. read more

A month after my tires were replaced the sensor went out on my right front tire. It was not that big of a deal as I am capable of checking my own tire pressure. When a bubble showed up on my other tire I called to see if I had a warranty, I do not. Fine. I can purchase a new tire. But when I asked if I could get the sensor fixed when I came in the response was " You are going to wait almost a year and then call me?" Yes sir, I was not going to bother you for something I was capable of doing if I didn't need to come in... but since I was going to come in I wanted it addressed. Had to take my Jeep Grand Cherokee in as it was leaking fluid. After all said and done it was over $1,300. The supposedly had to change the radiator, fan clutch, fan belt and water pump. There almost 7 hours. Then later our AC goes out. We take the Jeep back this morning and they said one of the AC hoses had blown out. After another $120 we had to bring it back because the other AC hose blew out and we had no AC! They said it would cost $345 to fix!!!! For a hose?! On top of that, we now hav almost 9 hours into this within the last two days! All these guys want is to take your money! They say the fix something, and something else is broken right away! If I could give 0 stars I would! We will take our business someplace else! I highly suggest you avoid Big O tires in Casa Grande like the plague! UPDATE: took the Jeep to Compton Auto repair and apparently Big O OVERCHARGED the Freon so that the pressure valve caused refrigerant to leak. He's not sure but he think the condenser is partially gummed up but he can't do anything until middle of next week. He charged us $0 today and probably the fix will be much cheaper than $345! read more

Got new great tires in February- rock climbers- cost me pretty penny. Very happy with performance of tires. But when they sold them to me in February they didn't let me know I'd need to lift kit my jeep and I don't know to ask. They said the tires were for my vehicle. But in November I already had to replace a tire due to damage from rubbing. They didn't replace it on warranty and I had to pay another 700$ for the tire. The staff was very nice to me the whole time and I am not an argumentative customer. So I paid and moved on. Maybe I should have known to ask when I purchased the tires so this could be due to my ignorance. But I wish they would have ran through that stuff with me. It would have made me get the lift kit or choose different tires. So I gave 3 stars for the kind customer service and suggestions after my tire was ruined. But not 5 cuz since it's their specialty I think they should have educated me prior to spending that kind of money on tires. read more

I used to love this place under the old management. I could always come in and expect friendly, HONEST service and a top-notch job. Because I was a regular customer, I'd come in sometimes and they would help me with simple things at no charge. I appreciated their honesty and willingness to help. If there was ever something wrong, they would bring it to me to actually show me. So I came back in after the remodel because my new vehicle needed an oil change and my usual tire rotation. I didn't realize management had changed. Anyway, I drive a 2018 with 16k miles on it. My service advisor came out and said I needed work done on my alignment. I asked how much - $120ish. He also said I needed a fuel system cleaning apparently due to carbon buildup on my throttle. How much? About $90. I was surprised my car apparently needed that much work and I didn't have that much cash on me to cover all of that plus my oil and the rotation I (thought) I was getting done. He mentioned I also needed new filters. So I ok'd the filters. Imagine my surprise when he came back out and my bill was $424! I looked at him surprised and told him I didn't have that kind of money on me (I mean, I had just gotten paid, but I also have bills and need to live for two weeks). His response was that I said ok. I never agreed to those additional services. Just the filter replacement. So what do I do? I'm forced to apply for financing and left feeling swindled. Explained the whole scenario to my bf who went through my service manual with the car and neither of those services was warranted given the mileage and condition of the vehicle. To top it all off? They didn't rotate my tires (one of two services I had actually asked for), didn't provide me with the alignment paperwork which they were apparently supposed to, and didn't even reset my oil change sensor. Extremely disappointed. I'm out $400+ bucks and back to feeling like I can't trust going into a service provider by myself just because I'm a female. read more
