I arrived early for my 8:15 AM appointment and was waiting in my car. A lovely young girl came out to my car and completed my check in. I entered the waiting area and she came in and we met at the register to settle up. Waiting area is comfortable, offers USB and USB-C charging ports. There are beverages and restrooms. There are also barstools at a window into the work bay so you (or your kids) can watch the process. About halfway through my service, a young man came in and checked in with me. He let me know that he checked the air in my spare tire and they were halfway through with my service. They offer tires in all price points, so there's something for everyone. Went in for a tire plug to get me through the next couple days until I get paid, refused to plug it bc tread was thin, so I asked to put a new tire on, refused to put a new tire on stating that the opposite tire wasn't very good, claiming it's a safety issue, so the only way I was getting service was to buy two new tires. Seems to me like you guys are crooks, only interested in making the extra dollar lol could have just put a new tire on and sent me on my way. I went into Discount Tire this morning 12/6 to get a set of new tires. When I walked in at 830 there were already 4 people waiting and one person walking in behind me. When I explained I needed new tires but that it appeared busy I was told that it wouldn't take long. So I took him to my car and he inspected my tires and agreed that I needed new tires pretty badly. He told me he could feel the wires on my drivers side front tire. I knew the front two were bald I just didn't know they were that bald. I explained to him that my car is an older Honda accord, from the early 2000's and paid for that I didn't want to sink a ton of money in new tires. That I mostly drive to work and back and very little else. He explained that when I went inside I'd see the options they had in stock and I could choose from there. We went into Discount Tire, he typed the info into the computer and it displayed a few options. I chose the one that best suited my needs. He told me my car would be done by 1015 and it was 845. I told him fine, I'd wait in the lobby. By 935 the technician working on my car came in and said my car was ready. I was in and out in just a little over an hour, I had 4 people in front of me and the customer service was on point. They were very nice, didn't pressure me to buy anything, I got 4 tires and all the fees, etc etc for a very reasonable price and I really couldn't be happier. My family -- I think all of my family members - use Discount Tires for all of our tire needs. In fact, my nephew even worked for Discount Tire throughout high school and college. (They pay well I understand) Anyway, I had needed a rotation and balance for a few miles and did not relish the time it would take just sitting and waiting, so I went onto their incredibly user friendly website and in less than a minute had an appointment made. I did get a few reminders and was able to connect it to my calendar- all things I felt were very useful! In the day of my appointment I was actually about 10 minutes late but no problem - they just got my right in and started working. This store is definitely deserving of its 5 stars based on the service I got today. I was in need of new tires and wheels for my truck, and with my limited automotive knowledge, needed someone to talk through my options. Cade (assistant manager) spent a good thirty minutes with me explaining everything I needed to know, helped me pick out wheels I liked (even after him almost ordering one pair I ended up not wanting anymore with a smile on his face), and a set of tires that wouldn't break the bank but also be good quality. I really appreciated him saying the wheels and tires I purchased would be something he would use on his own truck- and would say he wouldn't on other tires. I visited another chain tire shop and had a bad experience with poor customer service and general lack of wanting to make a sale. Will update the review next week if the installation doesn't go well- but I'm sure based on the service I got today that it will be great. read more

I had an excellent experience here. I usually go to my dealership for my car services, however I was in need of new tire sensors and the dealership gave me an expensive quote. I decided to shop around to compare prices at other places. Discount tires gave the most competitive quote for tire sensor replacement for all 4 tires. I went in around 10 AM on a weekday. There were about 8-10 other customers there at that time as well. The employee at the counter was very helpful, explained everything in great detail, gave me the quote, and a time estimate. The tire sensors were affordable for me, and he said they have a 7 year warranty on them or 72K miles - whichever happens first. I thought this was a great deal. To be clear, I did not have an appointment. He estimated about an hour for the time. I thought that was reasonable even if I did have an appointment. They got my car in the shop and were done within 30 minutes. I was surprised. They were communicative throughout the process. They did not charge for labor. They only charged for the price of the sensors. They said it may take a few days for the sensors to kick in and for my car to start reading the tire pressure on my dash. After driving for about 20 minutes, the readings popped up on the dash. I am very pleased with my experience here. I would recommend it to anyone and I will go back if needed. Bonus of the shop is - they have big windows in the seating area where you can watch the mechanics work on your car. This is nice just so you can watch it, but also would entertain a kid if you needed to bring the kids during the service! read more

I came in and the guy that gave me the quote was gone and they told me all they had available were more expensive tires. I was on rims so I couldn't afford to shop around. This location is always taking care of paul's customers with care and precision. And I came here looking for assistance for my Jeep. On what type of tires may be needed if I had alternate tires that I Was needing ordered how long? It. Would take to get them in for tire rotations? How? Long that would take ended up making an appointment and coming in to see the associates here even with an appointment. They were swamped and it still took about an hour or 2 To get in and out. But that's not necessarily a bad thing all of their days were full and they didn't have a full staff on hand so that just shows that people are. Returning for future business because of their positive business practices and habits they have established with their clients including myself. Because of the great consistency and friendliness of the staff and knowledge that they share when asking questions they don't make you seem like an. Inconvenience? Or incompetent for not knowing? Something in the automotive world. That has something to do with tires as if we all studied for that they're very accommodating. I would most definitely recommend this location for any of your tire tire rotation needs and things that they do for your vehicles very impressed with their way they handle. Everyone always recommends discount tire and I have had good experiences in the past. Unfortunately this specific location is not professional. I called the store yesterday to make an appointment. The man who answered told me I could come in this morning and he would have me in an out within an hour (no appointment needed). So I took a half day from work to bring my car in. When I arrived the place was packed and the lady working informed me that it would be a minimum of a three hour wait. I completely understand that they get busy and could get a lot of walk-ins. I also understand that they could be short staffed, due to no fault of their own. But what really makes me upset is someone promising me something that they cannot deliver! The man I spoke with could have said "We can make an appointment for you or you can give us a call before driving here to see what our wait time is." Businesses need to be honest with customers. This is my go-to for tires. I've gone here for several repairs and replacements and I take advantage of their warranty. They always do excellent work and they treat their employees well, which is reflected in how they treat me. They have a place on the side where you can always get your tires checked at no charge. I wanted to give this place a much higher rating. But there were some issues with my order. I ordered a set of tires and wheels online from them during a holiday sale. I was notified that all my stuff was in, just a few days after my order. When I get there to get everything installed, I get a call that one of the tires they ordered was defective. I was like wow! So, Levi helped me and made it right by making some accommodations. So they said the tire would be in the following day and then they would install everything. A few days later, I got a call that the tire was in and that I could come in and get it installed. When I get there the second time, they could not find the wheels. They just disappeared and if I were to stick with the same ones then they would be on back order. Once again, they stepped up and made the situation right and assisted me in ordering replacement wheels. A little over a week later, the third time was the charm. Everything was finally in. I was assisted by Joel. He was awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful. He even went above and beyond to ensure my tire sensors were working. Like I said, I wanted to give them a higher rating and minus the issues, they would easily be a 5 star. The customer service is off the charts. Levi and Joel are awesome. I would definitely seek them out when I need tire service again. Every issue that I experienced in my tire shopping, they understood, were sympathetic, and reconciled the issue to the best of their ability and my satisfaction. I was battling between giving a 3 and 4 rating. Given my experience, a 3.5 would be more accurate, but that is not an option, so I went with the 3. I still recommend this shop though. They treat all customers with respect and kindness whether they are just checking their tire pressure (free), plugging a tire (free) or getting a whole new set of tires, as I did. Discount Tire has great customer service and always willing to help. I have gone to this location numerous times for help with low tire pressure and even for nails in the tire. They will take out the nail if they can for no cost at times! I would highly suggest getting an appointment because the walk-ins will get pushed back for the slots. Plus of this location is that as long as you are in there before 6pm when they close- they will service your car. They have water bottles and coffee for you as well as bathrooms. read more

They are quick, friendly, and they get the job done, most importantly. The only thing I'll say is that when you get new tires, be sure you specifically find out what is and isn't in the warranty for said tires. Also, do get the warranty. Back in March, I had a TPMS sensor go out in my tire, only to suddenly learn that it's somehow is not part of the tire warranty because it's not part of the tire? That kind of sucks, and it was roughly $65 down the drain for something most people would think is covered. So, just make sure you know what you're getting (and NOT getting]. But at the end of the day, that's more on Discount Tire as a whole, and not about this individual location. They can only do so much when it comes to policy from corporate. Even though I got there immediately, I was the 5th person in line. I had to wait about 25 minutes until it was my turn. After that, it was a great experience. The young man helping me showed me all of my options and made sure I was comfortable with the tire choice. After I paid, he said it would be about an hour before my car was done. Today after being late to an appointment and changing a tire myself in the parking lot of Discount tire.......that ALL ENDS over the need for a some tire pressure and poor customer service. Certainly wasn't the treatment I've had in the past. It would've been good to just air the tire up rather than exercising company policy and practices in an attempt to keep me around for a further sale or service.
