7/14/25 I scheduled an appt for my Tesla to have the tires rotated. Ashley checked me in and immediately went out to my car to prep it for the work requested. It's is 9:33 and the car was taken into the bay awhile ago. I am beyond impressed, as of this moment. Car hit 6700 miles on our drive up from California. This will be the first time I've had these tires rotated. Ashley reassured me that they were set up for Teslas. Walked in, needed to get a tire fixed as I was on a spare, the terrific manager Annya quickly came out and looked at my vehicle, after checking what tire size I have, I was given an excellent quote to get all 4 of my tires replaced. Marcus the service coordinator gave me lots of useful information regarding my spare tire, and why one of my other tires was leaking, he also gave me a quote on some rims for the future. Hunter the technician worked quickly with the other technicians to get me and my baby sister back on the road as quickly as possible, I was quoted 1 hour time and it was done in 1 hour time. Had 4 tires installed on Saturday. Came out from work on Monday to two flats. I fill them up and you can hear air hissing out of two valve stems. Terrible experience. I return at 530 on Monday to sit in a line for them to have a chance to look at my car. 50% success rate on installs isn't good and could be deadly. Go elsewhere read more

Came here on Monday to change my tire. At first I was told to wait for an hour and a half, but I ended up waiting for 6 hours. They also asked me to come back at 8am the next day to get my tire changed as soon as possible, but it only took less than 20 minutes. I can understand being busy, but if a customer who has waited so long in the store is not dealt with, I really don't understand. I will never come to this company to change my tire again. read more

Took a long time to get tire pressure checked...workers looked, saw me waiting, stood around and did not come.

Tires are a 5; however service was a 2. I was recommended to this shop by my son. I had presented my personal check as payment and after 40 minutes of going back and forth with the assistant manager, Zack, and the manager, I did pay with a credit card. Once I returned home and reviewed my receipt, I noticed that Zack had input my information incorrectly into the system. He had misspelled my name and input the wrong city and zip code. He did have my photo ID and personal check in front of him. No wonder they wouldn't accept my check nor will they find me in the system in the future as my last name, city and zip are incorrect. I trashed a wheel on a pothole the other night. I called Discount to see about getting a new one (I purchased the wheels I had at Discount Tire a few years ago), but unfortunately the wheels had been discontinued. I ordered a new set online, but later found out they were discontinued as well. I got a call from Aiden today to notify me of the discontinued wheel order. He helped get me into a new set of wheels with no wait time. When I got there tonight for installation, everyone was very helpful and concerned about my satisfaction. I just came in to do a snow tire swap on my WRX to be ready for winter weather. As I'm sitting here I see Corey who I think is the manager for the store checking in customers. He has such amazing attitude and so friendly to everyone. He seems patient and helpful with a smile even when I see him with grumpy customers. Les Schwab had insisted I replace all four tires and given fear tactics that if I didn't replace my tires that my car would have severe damage. The team at Discount Tires while suggesting that I do, in fact, replace my tires gave a detailed explanation as to why I should. But reassured me that not all four had to be replaced all at once and did not PRESSURE me at ALL in our entire correspondence. They answered all my questions and did not make me feel bad or small, even if my questions may have not been that informed. Highly recommend this team. Also, they have the best prices in the 100-200 mile radius of my home!!! read more

I've used Discount Tire in the past and always had great service. This location in particular is fantastic and I highly recommend them! My recent experience was due to a flat tire on my wife's vehicle that was not repairable. Because it's a winter snow tire and an all wheel drive, I needed to get a matching tire which they ordered. Due to snowy weather delays and a week had already gone by, they gave me a new tire to run on the vehicle until the new snow tire arrived so we wouldn't have to keep using the small spare. I called at lunch time about a low pressure light on my 2019 CRV. I don't get off wrk til 5 pm. Corey and Blaine and the Discount Tire team welcomed me at 5:30p when they close at 6p. They found the problem, a screw in my tire, and fixed it in no time. I couldn't have asked for better service or people taking care of me. I work nearby, so this is a convenient place to get tires. But I would definitely go back to them at this location, and probably most locations. I need a new set of tires, and they had great deals with a smooth online process which allows you to make a reservation. The check-in was quick and smooth, and they had the tires done in a couple of hours. But the real service came later, when I had TMPS issues unrelated to their work (dying batteries). It took a while to figure it out, but Cory at this location as well as Jason and Luke at the Everett location bent over backwards to help figure it out. The name "discount tires" is unfortunate, since it makes it seem like it's all about price, but my experience has been that they pride themselves on their service too. read more

I don't recommend the Marysville store. Taking a trailer there for tires is not a good idea. The parking lot is too small and there is obstacles everywhere. There is a plastic check in hut that takes up half of the road . There is large storage containers in the parking lot. The customer service is the worst it has been in the twenty years I have used discount. No accommodating for access to trailer . Not going there again!. read more

He instantly took care of me by informing me what the process was, how long the process would take, and how it would take place. I'm extremely mad right now! I went for tires and I asked them to dispose of the cheap plastic wheel covers, which they agreed to do. I get back in my truck and I'm going down the road and I hear loud honking right as I watch one of the covers in the air leaving the back of the truck bed. They could have killed someone!!!!!! Disposal of trash obviously doesn't mean just throw it loosely in the bed of a pickup truck! Grrrrrr! I've been a loyal customer for over two decades, and I'm seriously questioning how low their customer service has sunk. Update: I forgot to mention the previous visit when the first set of tires came to X amount and I requested my military discount. He put it on the invoice, then went to check the actual size of the tires which were not stock, so we had to pick different sizes. I paid and looked at my receipt, no military discount! He said he couldn't do anything but gave me a paper to apply for a prepaid visa which was limited to less than my discount. I know they CAN put money back on my card after processing because they charged me for 5 tires, but my spare was unavailable, so they put that money back on my card. Three strikes. I'm done. I estimate that between me and my partners' vehicles, I've bought at least 18 sets of four tires from them. Their competition will get that kind of future business. read more

Daughter's boyfriend bought 4 new tires from them and there was a problem with one of the valve stems that was not their fault. This was discovered the following day when the tire was flat. I talked to Jimmy on the phone and he promptly sent Ryan to the car and they fixed it first thing that morning. They even replaced all four valve stems and valves, just in case. Ryan called me to explain the process and let me know it was all done. I have never been to this store, but based on their prompt service and "above and beyond" response to our issue, I would definitely recommend them in the future. Thanks guys! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. We only came here because the tire manufacturer told us to. We bought a brand new car and all 4 tires are failing. We have a claim that is 4 months in the making to get the new tires shipped out. All they had to do was inspect the tires and call the manufacturer. Except, the prerogative of Discount tire is to make a sale. Being we are in the business, we know the song and dance. The sales person lied to the manufacturer, made up tire depth, said there was excess wear for miles etc (this is a new car that has sat in the garage waiting for tires, also the wear has nothing to do with the tire failure, which is the excessive cracking throughout the tread) he failed to mention any of this. All he wanted was a sale. The language he used on the call with the manufacturer put all the onus on us. We didn't install tires that were already 2 years old on a new car or make them fail. He did everything he could to ruin our claim. He wanted the money, not the warranty work. He offered a proration of 35%, which is not even accurate to the wear of the tires that he falsely reported. He refused to let us speak to a manager after he defrauded our tire claim. He should be fired for scamming customers as his report did not match the other 2 inspections we already had done on the car. We have 5 cars and are very involved in the car community state-wide, we will be sharing our experience with anyone who asks. We have zero issue buying tires, but a new car with a tire warranty should be covered, PERIOD!! And scamming customers out of their warranty to make a sale is fraud and you should have to answer for that!!!! read more

I called first and was told to come on in, that there would be a wait but they would get it fixed up so I was on the road safely. When I arrived they respectful, listened to my story, and gathered my information correctly, they did the job right and well before the promised time.
