I had Eric (the manager) come check the car out. He asked if he could test drive the car to see what was going on, and not even 2 seconds into driving, he drives over a curb like the idiot he is and didn't even apologize for it. End result is the motor and possibly the transmission are warped and will cost more to fix than the actual KBB value of the vehicle. And of course they will do whatever it takes to deny a claim for negligence.

I tried to go home at hour 3 and was asked to stay (telling me it would be soon.) The prices have really gone up. He wouldn't charge me to look at it so I thought I was getting a good deal but with the high pricing it made up for it. Several hundred dollars cheaper at other places when I called around. I got an oil change here and I made an appointment for it. I waited 3 and a half hours in the lobby and it cost a little over 100$. I mentioned I was feeling the transmission slipping and was told they would take a look at it. At checkout they said nothing, I asked them about it and another 20 minutes later they came back and said it was fine maybe I could get a tune up soon. I brought it in again a few weeks later still with the transmission slipping. They said they found a sensor out and a few other things. I paid a little over 1000$ two separate times within 3 months. Each time I asked is it worth it, to fix it? What about the transmission? I got round about answers and was told fixing it was a good option. Now after putting almost 4000$ into it within a year my transmission needs to be replaced and I can't afford to fix it or get another vehicle! I don't have words for how I feel about that. I really trusted Adrian and so I trusted his crew and I feel like they really let me down and put me in a bad spot. I'm a single mom and I needed the honesty and care I had gotten from Adrian at the beginning but I guess things change.

The ignition wire on cylinder #4 wasn't clipping on the spark plug, so they fixed it. They only charged me for the oil change, and I drove away with the "check engine soon" light off and my car running a lot better!

This is not a place where the owner or employees care about you the customer. The owner doesn't pay his employees on time or sometimes not at all. Several LNI complaints are filed against the owner. The few times I have let them work on my car it's always been problems. This shop replaced my brakes. When I got my car back they made a rubbing or grinding noise. When I asked the owner why, he said they needed to be "broke in". Knowing that that is not true I took my car to the dealership where they told me that the wrong parts were used and I had to pay again for them to be done correctly and now guess what? No noise! This is a poorly run shop. The worst in the area. They make frequent trips to Wal-Mart to by oil. Local part vendors make him pay cash for parts because he has ruined his credit lines as well there. Syed Alinaeem aka Sammy has no concern for customers or his employees. He just uses them until they get fed up and quit due to not being paid. While they are waiting for their promised pay check that never comes, they are angry that they have to deal with him and the empty promise of they will get paid in the near future and take it out on your car or just don't care at all. When customers call upset asking about their service the majority of the time he makes the "manager" of that day deal with them which solves nothing. Hi All, I visited…read moreMeineke Store# 2383 at 10501 State Ave, Marysville, WA 98271 on 09/07/2024 to get the issue related my 2016 Honda Accord's rear left door not locking automatically addressed. I was scheduled for the Electrical Analysis of my Car in relation to this problem. Post analysis, they concluded that the Door Actuator is degraded and needs to be replaced (screen-prints of bill and analysis report attached here in). I scheduled for having it fixed per their analysis and setup an appointment a weeks out - since the part was not readily and would that time to arrive. It was also identified that my brakes were worn out, however since they were under warranty with Firestone, I visited Firestone @Everett the next day to have that addressed and also sought second opinion / estimates for similar replacement based on above analysis. The Price they quoted for actuator replacement was more competitive and parts were made available more quickly, so decided to got with him. However, even after actuator the replacement the problem couldn't be fixed and they raised concerns about Meineke original analysis and captured this in the service bill as well. Since the original analysis was not done by Firestone, they couldn't cover for that and I have to for another round of Electrical Diagnostic with Firestone (and pay for it, though they applied discount) - only to conclude it was just a wiring issue (bill for service attached) and it could have been addressed right there, during the Electrical analysis done at Meineke on 09/07 itself - rather than going through all this pain and visits. I reached to the store, to address for the mistake they have done and trouble caused due to bad analysis and corresponding resolution at their part thrice. I was told someone from their team would call back, but none reached for a resolution - so submitting this feedback. Thanks, HK.
