It's is 9:33 and the car was taken into the bay awhile ago. I am beyond impressed, as of this moment. Car hit 6700 miles on our drive up from California. This will be the first time I've had these tires rotated. Ashley reassured me that they were set up for Teslas. Will update if anything changes, but for now, 5 STARS for discount tire in Marysville, Wa.

Nobody likes taking their automobile into a mechanic or shop to get serviced…read more It seems as if you're always dreading something bad could happen, anything from: bad service to unfriendliness or overcharging on a bill, maybe incorrect diagnosis of the problem etc etc... you name it. So many things can potentially go wrong. Well this morning February 8 I called Les Schwab in Marysville on State Street to inquire about making an appointment to get my brakes looked at due to hearing something that just didn't sound good in the past day or so when applying my brake pedal. I had a hunch that my brakes were due to be replaced with the pads and potentially rotors calipers etc. I spoke with a gentleman name Ryan who later on I figured out must be the manager from what I gathered watching the flow of things there for a couple hours he told me that yes I could make an appointment for the following day or just show up and they could get my vehicle looked at promptly just due to it being early enough in the day. Got my stuff together drove down it's only a few miles away walked in and explain the problem they took it back to the shop to diagnose it and soon inform me that I would need brake pads in the rear and calipers replaced in the rear it's kind of a combination thing and the existing rotors needed to be turned machine down to be perfectly flat again. I'm 60 years old so I've been around the block I know what brake jobs cost and brakes are one of those crazy things where people see advertisements of front and rear brake jobs for $150 or so per axle ( Front or rear ) yeah that's only after replacing the pads and the pads only. well rarely does that one simple thing fix the problem 100% correctly. because there's more to a braking system than just simple brake pads. They gave me a written quote that was more than fair especially once I became aware of they give me a 10% discount on parts just due to being a US veteran. They were able to start work right away and complete brake job in a timely fashion and a couple hours later I was on my way home. This is a very nicely ran shop with fantastic couple girls upfront what looks like a manager and assistant manager that are running back-and-forth between upfront and the maintenance bay areas. The mechanic who worked on my rig his name was Daryl, and he was top-notch. This shop is very clean, with plenty of seating area with two different TVs lots of tables vending machines, Chargers for your cell phone. All that and very professional and extremely fair with their pricing for the service being done. Everyone knows all about Les Schwab's guarantee to stand behind their parts and service it's well known in the Pacific Northwest. It was a pleasure dealing with them today

Recently took our car to them because we thought that there may have been a screw in one of the tires or something was wrong with it, the other 3 tires were losing pressure as well. So I made the appointment took it back sure enough there was a screw and they checked the rest of our tires but now we noticed that our front fender is separated and it wasn't before we took it in. As far as being personable or friendly to repeat customers they need some work. We won't be buying anymore tires. Miss the previous owner, always kind and pleasant and took care of his customers.

I was told that they would not take the return and I would need to take it to the marysville store because they have a auto center. I had purchased the battery went out to put it in and immediately walked back inside when I realized it was bad. They easily could've pulled the security footage as it was the day prior when I went to the Marysville location. The Marysville location said that I had tried to commit fraud even though I had the receipt and pictures from the previous day. She peeled off the date sticker and was very unprofessional and unpleasant. I was sitting at the desk at the Marysville location for close to a hour before anyone even came to the desk. I urged her to contact the other store so they could explain the situation and she refused. I paid 199$ for the battery and they wanted to give me 12$ for the core. It is unbelievable how shifty they are and how they get away with it. I brought both batteries in at the first store and they even walked out to my car with me so they knew that I had not switched the batteries.

I can't say enough good things about Enriquez Tires. The guys there are seriously incredible…read more I needed four new (used) tires, but I could only bring in two at a time. When I brought the first two in, they were super cool and even gave me a better price than what I was quoted over the phone. That honestly meant a lot because they didn't have to say anything -- they could've just charged the original price. I thought that was super cool of him. I explained that I needed to go back home (about 5 minutes away) to swap out the other two tires and bring them in. Even though they were about to close, he told me to go grab them and that they would wait for me. Well... I had a hard time getting a couple of the lug nuts off, so it took me an extra 30+ minutes. I called and let him know what was going on, fully expecting them to say they had to close -- but he told me it was all good and to still come in. When I finally pulled up, the garage doors were shut and I was thinking I'd taken too long and they had to leave. But then the doors opened and he came out and said, "I was starting to think you weren't coming!" They waited for me -- not even knowing for sure if I would show back up. That blew me away. They didn't have an attitude. They weren't upset that their day had ended 30+ minutes earlier. They were still friendly, helpful, and ready to get my tires taken care of.They even helped unload and reload the tires into my car. I left feeling extremely grateful. It's rare to see customer service like that anymore. They went above and beyond, took time away from their evening, and treated me with genuine kindness. I really wish I would've gotten their names so I could thank them personally -- but I hope they see this and know how much I appreciated what they did. I even drove away wishing I had tipped them more because they absolutely deserved it. This is 100% the place you want to go for tires. No need though. The assistant manager said if I was willing to have the oil change take a little longer (15 minutes) they would happily squeeze me in. Woohoo. I was willing to wait, no worries. I have a new car which is only a problem because of course the needed information was not in the computer. That all worked out well and we actually made it out of there in a very reasonable amount of time, and we didn't have a longer wait. We brought another of our cars in a couple days later. I requested a service I thought I might need. When the manager saw the work order and when it was determined the service was not necessary he advised me not to waste money on it. Thank you.
