First time I came I was taken back how friendly they were. Yesterday I walked in remind you this is about 4 months later they whole place turned to shit - no greeting - no acknowledgement. poor service - highly disappointed. There was a female working the desk and I don't know if she doesn't have a multitask or what, but she was focused on one thing when they had a line out the door. Didnt make eye contact with anyone - customers was leaving and it was mainly bc she wasn't acknowledging them. There also was a blonde guy working the desk and he was just as unprofessional as she was. They definitely need someone at that front desk. That is fast pace and great customers. read more

So I pull up to discount tires. I'm needing air in my back driver tire pull up to the bay. The man look at my tire with no Light no nothing and say oh you have a nail in your tire, I mean, he didn't look at my tire for a minute. He go get another guy they both come back and was like yeah you have a nail in your tire, we could probably fix it. They start clicking clicking on the gotdamn air machine, but first he filled he put air in three tires. Then he started clicking on the machine to put air in my tire that low. He come back and tell me he got two tires for $195. He told me that he hope that I make it home safely because the air was gonna come out of my tire this was yesterday & today is January 29 And my tire still has air in it so for one of your employees to come and try to manipulate me and try to make me believe I had a nail in my tire when he never really looked at the whole tire and told me that I had a low percentage of air in my tire when he took all the air out of my fucking tire and then turned around and filled it up. I will not be back to this place for free ever again. How dare y'all try to trick me into buying a tire, trust my dad taught me very well. I went home and jacked my car up and checked my tire and behold no nail. read more

We had a tire blowout in an enterprise rental car. Tried to exchange cars with enterprise, but they said they were out of vehicles. They told us to go to Discount Tire and they would put a new tire on. Turns out the other rear tire was bad and needed to be replaced, but Tire Discount needed approval from enterprise. We waited for over three hours (3p.m til closing) for an approval from enterprise. The staff at Tire Discount was very helpful and patient as we were expressing our discuss at enterprise. First I want to say: Thank you,Thank you to Dylan and Russell (ASM) for their amazing service and their ability to take responsibility for another discount tires mistake. We stopped at a discount tire in Knoxville, Tennessee for a nail in the tire. Hey said they could patch the tire and they did. Little did we know that it was way to close to the sidewall and was not patchable but they patched it anyways. A few hours later while traveling through TN we got "low tire pressure" we stopped at another location and they told us that tire should have never been patched. We stopped every two hours for air. It was horrible. Long story short we finally made it to Little Rock this store took care of us. So thanks again One last thing Boomer Sooner!!!! read more

The best tire company ever. I came to them 30 minutes PAST their closing time with a flat tire situation and Eli and his team didn't even hesitate to start helping me. They inspected my flat, filled the hole in it, aired up my spare & didn't charge me a dime. They also brought us out water while we waited. It was the kindest, most unexpected experience ever. Two words; customer service. Tonight, we had a flat tire about a half mile from the store. After getting a spare on the car, we realized that it was just past the store hours. We decided to still lug the car to the shop and weigh whether we would leave it in the parking lot overnight to get seen in the morning. Eli, an associate at this location, was helping clean/close up shop when he saw us park. Without hesitation he greeted us and asked how he could help. We told him our situation but also made it clear that we understood it was past store hours. He said it wasn't an issue, that he could still take a look at the tire. He was able to patch the hole in the tire and even fill up the spare tire with the most outstanding customer service attitude I have ever witnessed. After hours, complimentary service with a smile. I don't say these words lightly, Eli gave the most outstanding customer service tonight that I ever remember witnessing. 5 stars. No question. Thank you, Eli and thank you Discount Tire! read more

Appointment time 8:30 for tire balance and rotation Truck pulled in bay 9:34 I was told they accidentally pulled another car in bay! It was a expensive car and I was told they arrived before me yet had no appointment time. Please don't advertise that booking appt online with discount tire saves 30% on wait times. This business always takes walk ins before you if they are spending money. they go in front of your appt time for free rotation and balance. They forget you have that free service because you already spent money and bought tires from them. Do better discount tire or take off the false advertising that if you book online you saving time bc it's 100% not true!! read more

I am not one to complain I'm really not my schedule is extremely busy so I sent my wife with the truck down with specifics I wanted in tire pressure and they are the front a 20 pound difference from the rear and told my wife that if they didn't air the rears to 80 pounds it would throw a light. I have a tuner in my truck and I set my pressures to what I want to show on dash. They also broke a lug nut and promised new lugs while I drove around with 2 lugs missing on same wheel. She took in today and they only had half the order and didn't check to make sure. It is pure quality control this business lacks and training. Blind leading the blind. I'll be taking it down this next week to see where they like to get off and filling a woman's head with bullsh*t while she has a 3 month old baby with her and is just trying to do what her husband asked. Piss poor service. Fleet tire and service down the road is 10x better and all my business will be going there from here on out worthless a** employees read more

Went in to have my tire checked had a screw in it, the young man came back with in minutes to let me know we were all done. He removed the screw, tested my tire to make sure it wasn't leaking air. I came in with a flat tire and was interested in having it patched, which they offer for free. I was expecting to pay something so I figured that was a plus! I dropped it off after they said they could fix it. They called a little later to say they couldn't fix it after all, and that they recommend a new set of tires. I declined and asked for quotes on used tires which were still pricey. Mind you, I overheard two guys laughing at some quote they gave a customer. That was my cue to leave but I didn't. So I decided to come get my tire and go elsewhere to shop around. When I got there, the attendant looked at me like I was crazy for wanting my tire back because they claimed it was ruined. Further, he had to look for it so I decided to pick it up the next am. Fast forward a couple hours and another place was able to fix it and get me on the road in 30 minutes for 20$. Amazingly wonderful, helpful and dependable and very courteous. I really enjoyed the young men that work there. I spoke with someone about my tires. I really didn't want to get 4 but I needed 4 tire, but I have all wheel drive so I needed all my wheels done. The person over the phone sold my brother on some tires that were a little expensive for my taste, but made my car drive amazingly in heavy rain and unevenly paved road on my road trip from Arkansas the Georgia. Tripp was professional, polite, efficient, and got everything done for me. The tech that pulled in my car was also very polite.
