Horrible experience. Goodyear on Cantrell Road put incorrect steering wheel fluid in my car. I talked to Michelle several days and asked her to have the store manager or owner call me back. He would not and did not. It was like he was hiding from me. Don't use these people. They do not stand behind their work. The damage they caused cost me $700 . Mr. Moore hasn't responded to my concerns AT ALL. They even left a screw driver under the hood. Terrible quality, terrible value and terrible customer service. read more

Customer BEWARE. Would not let me use my own FULL synthetic oil They were nice, though. However, this does not make sense. Even Wal-mart service center allows me to use my own oil and filter. I was sorely disappointed after driving across town on my only day off. I wasted an hour to discover this fact having to opt for another business. TL;DR Review: DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They're as incompetent as they are dishonest, and let me tell you, that's quite a feat. My 2009 Toyota Rav4 is driven in town daily, without any problems. We were planning a car trip and since the air conditioning had not been as cold as my Honda, the $10 AC check promotion Goodyear advertised seemed perfect. Maybe they could check my freon. I had planned to bring it in June 6th. That morning the car was slow to start. So before I took it to Goodyear at 624 S. Broadway in Little Rock, AR, I took it to AutoZone. They certified the battery needed to be replace and the store manager installed it. As he did it I visually inspected the engine and remember looking at the radiator hose because it is noticeably different than my other car. At that time there was nothing wrong with the hose. Afterward, I drove straight to Goodyear. This all took place during my lunch hour. I told the manager on duty my concern that there's nothing wrong with it; just that it's not blowing quite as cold as I'd like. He explained in length that an SUV will not be quite as cold because there's more space to cool. I attempted to explain that I was talking about the air coming from the vent, not the overall cabin temperature. I do not think he listened because he repeatedly spoke over me. Because my lunch hour was ending I signed a document stating that I would pay the $10.85. At 3:00 Jason called to let me know that there was a leak in the upper radiator hose and that it would cost an estimated $215 to repair it. He also recommended a ventilation service and a cabin air filter, for a total of $353. I explained that I was unable to make those repairs due to time constrictions. Since it had not been cold for a while but was not affecting me, I assumed I could deal with it upon my return from vacation. At 4:10 I arrived to pay and gather my vehicle. I was told by the manager on duty that it was unsafe to drive my car because it was leaking puddles of antifreeze. My car has never overheated or leaked large puddles of antifreeze in the entire time I've owned it. A tech named Jason walked me to my vehicle and pointed out the vent line. It was cleanly snapped off from the radiator hose. It had not been when I was at AutoZone. Jason explained that half of my antifreeze had leaked out and that this was why I was't constantly leaking fluid as I drove. He said it's a wonder I hadn't overheated a lot with that problem. Also, he thought it was strange that my car had this tube, but that they couldn't find a lower radiator hose. I drove directly to Double-D Radiator Shop, which is owned by a friend. A technician there was "almost certain" the hose had been broken off. I left to get the necessary part. On the way to the nearby parts shop I overheated and ended up on the side of the road. Another friend brought me water and I was able to continue to the radiator shop, though my car was making a strange sound. My friend and I replaced the hose. The next day, my family left on vacation. The noise became noticeable louder about 10 minutes after we left. I pulled over and inspected my car. I discovered the the front right fender liner had been unfastened, was blowing into my front right tire, and had now been ripped to shreds by the tire. I used duct tape to temporarily secure the fender liner. I received an estimate from Toyota to replace the liner, grommets, screws, and clips. Parts only will cost $178.17. This is undoubtably the most expensive AC check I have ever paid for. If Goodyear is interested in making good on their mistake they will repay my expense from the radiator part replacement ($130), the fender liner and hardware ($178.17), and the fender liner installation ($100). That is a grand total of $408.17. I do not get the impression that is the case from talking to the store manager. He was aggressively accusatory, blaming each of the problems they caused on me, and never let me finish a sentence without interrupting me. He said they never unfastened the fender liner and the upper radiator hose was broken when I brought it in; although I've never had problems with either in the years I've driven this automobile before bringing it to this shop. I appealed to corporate Goodyear to make good on their stores incompetence and laughably horrible customer service before I attempt to find recompense through multiple social media outlets, but they stood behind the lies propagated by the franchise. I have discussed including this narrative in my company's newsletter and I will spread this story throughout my community, virtual and actual, because I can not allow my friends, family, or coworkers to suffer through a similar ordeal with what should be a reputable company. This was such an awful experience I can scarcely contain myself. I would push my broken-down car 10 miles home by myself before I'd drive it into their parking lot to turn around. read more

Awful customer service. I bought 4 new tires from this location and was back within 1 mo with a slow leak. Instead of checking all 4 tires, they only checked and fixed the rear 2. Turns out it was bad TPM sensors. And guess what, I'm back (at a BETTER location) getting the front 2 sensors replaced that should have been checked the first time, months ago. Apparently my time and customer satisfaction are not a concern for the employees of this location. Do not go here. read more

I am so thankful for my experience today. I worked 7:30-5 today. At 510 i realized i had a flat and riding on the rim. Luckily Goodyear was 2 blocks away. I drove up with my flat and hazard lights and a guy notices my flat. He asked how he could help. Long story short, the mechanics had already left and he helped me by putting my donut on so my husband didn't have to drive 30 minutes plus to our downtown. I couldn't leave he car overnight because transients would vandalize my vehicle. He didn't tell me his name or title until I asked. Mike is my angel. He is the manager and he an example of a great person and example of exemplary customer service. Mike is a blessing to me, my family and my coworkers!! read more

I can definitely say that the customer service is much better since the last reviewer posted. The manager here is a wonderful person. I needed an oil change before heading out of town (I'm an awful procrastinator), and I was totally screwed over by Crain Hyundai. I called Crain, checked to make sure they would still honor my coupon (that didn't have an expiration), and drove half an hour away to get an oil change, only to be told that they wouldn't honor it even though they said they would. Yeah. Frustrating. So, I had to sit in my car in the rain for half an hour trying to find someone that was open on New Year's Eve to do my oil change, and when I called this location, the manager here insisted that I come in, even though they were about to close in 15 minutes. He said he would stay open a little later for me and wouldn't take no for an answer. He was kindly persistent and gave me an amazing deal on an oil change. This is a wonderful store!
