I scheduled an appointment online for Tuesday at 6 pm, and they were ready to take my car right when I walked in. After inspecting my tires, they called to let me know that, while I did have a nail in one tire, all four tires were very worn with two below the legal limit and the other two not far behind. They recommended replacing all four tires, and I really appreciated how kind and patient they were in explaining my options. They gave excellent recommendations based on my driving habits and usage. I ended up getting a great deal with 70,000 mileage coverage for all four tires. They even noted that my last set lasted about 40,000 miles, so if I don't reach 70,000 miles with this set, I'll get credit toward future purchases with this brand. The service was quick, less than an hour total, and very communicative. I received text updates and a call when my car was ready. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Wow. Excellent location, service, and efficiency. I found a screw in my brand new 3 week old tires, and limped over to the closest discount 4 miles away with 1/2 my air pressure missing. I pulled in at 3 pm on a Saturday expecting it to be packed as it always is at every Discount Tire, but found no other cars in the parking lot and only 1 person waiting in the lobby. I was in shock but ecstatic. They said they could not repair the tire and had to replace but I had the road hazard warranty so it was only $25.70 to replace it. I also bought new windshield wipers since they were on sale, about $30. Since I could not see how many cars were in the bay at this location, I asked if it would take an hour or longer (their standard answer when they are not too busy). The sales rep laughed and said no, definitely less than an hour. I think it was under 25 minutes if I remember correctly. Fast, efficient, friendly service, like always at Discount tire. Great experience! Came in on a Monday with a flat tire (timely because I really needed a new set of tires anyway), Sammy was able to order the tires I needed and have them there the next day! He was even able to find an extra $100 off. The service was finished in less than 24 hours and I was able to pick my car up the next day. I made an appt online the day before. When I checked in, they nicely walked me through my tire options and then quoted me an hour wait. It was only 40 mins which was awesome. They also text you a link to track how long your car is taking. When they finished up they even had looked at my windshield wipers and suggested I replaced those as well. Jaggar V. and Michael provided the absolute best customer service to me when a low tire pressure warning light suddenly came on in my car. Before the tire went completely flat I drove straight to the Discount Tire on Garnett Avenue in Pacific Beach. At first, I thought my tire just needed some air so I got in the check tire pressure area. When it was my turn, I asked Michael to fill up my tires with air. Michael was very polite, professional and astutely said he would check all my tires to see if there was a nail in the tire, causing the low pressure. To my surprise, he actually found a nail in my right front tire that needed to be removed / repaired before the proper air pressure was inflated in the tire. Had Michael not done this preliminary safety tire inspection and found the nail... I would have driven off thinking my tires were fine but later would discover the tire would be flat again! Michael had prevented a possible car accident or breakdown on the road or freeway later that day as I continued driving. I am very grateful and appreciative that Michael did his job above and beyond the call of duty! I have been a loyal, long time Discount Tire customer since 1980 when I moved back to San Diego. Jaggar processed the free flat repair and included a free tire rotation at no charge! Everything was done within an 1 hour! Unbelievable, turnaround time and excellent customer service. Best customer service ever! I noticed a problem with one of my tires in the morning. I called the Discount Tire customer service line and a very friendly guy named Stan informed me that I had a warranty on the tires (thank God!) I went online and messaged the customer service chat and she ordered a replacement tire to be delivered that later day so I was able to make an appointment to come in and get the tire changed after work. I was expecting to have a wait a few days at least. I showed up a bit early to my appointment but they still took me and I was in and out in like 15 mins. The guy that helped me was super nice too.
