the people there where very kind and helpful.... but i was told to pick my wheels up today missed my first hour in school to go pick them up super excited to get them I planned everything out to get the wheels that morning. never gotten a phone call or email that my wheels didn't arrive. wasted my time and day of canceling my schedule just to find out at the exact time to pick them up they didn't have them. Yes I understand that if it's over seas it takes time but I would've appreciated a phone call to let me know I can't get them today one of the guys there said they called and talk to me which was not true I had no phone calls or anything from them. i only had an email to remind to pick my wheels and tires up at 9am. read more

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because I was in the waiting room for an hour before they even started on my vehicle. I discovered I had a slow leak in my rear tire and needed to get it serviced. We bought tires from Discount while living in Seattle and they provided friendly, courteous service. The tire that needed service wasn't from the car we originally bought the tires, but thought I'd pay to have them service the tire. The day I went was super busy and Tony the manager said it wouldn't cost anything to fix but would need to leave it for a couple hours. That's why you should always have a spare! Once repaired they installed the tire and put the spare back in its spot in the car. These guys are great and will be purchasing our next set from them. Discount Tire is the absolute BEST place to shop/service for tires. Not because the selection and price is great (it is), but the PEOPLE that work there are good genuine honest people and that's what makes all the difference. I was out of town and needed a valve stem replaced. The work done here is just as good, quick, & thorough as it is in my hometown which tells me that the Discount Tire corporate has this entire company going the right direction. Tony the manager was polite & courteous with no extra BS and he and his staff got me on my way with minimal downtime. WOW!!! Excellent customer service. I was in Tulsa for an event. The next morning my low tire light came on. I found this Discount tire online and drove straight there. I arrived 15 minutes before they opened. But they had the door unlocked and the staff was ready to welcome customers. They had me pull my car into the bay and Shawn got right to work. While I sat in the car I got to see the staff interact with each other. What a great team! They smiled and seemed to be enjoying the job, even at 7:50 on a cold Saturday morning. Shawn filled my tires and then told me the wear patterns looked good. Then they helped me back out and sent me on my way. No charge. read more

They are in a shopping center that's SLAMMED busy on the weekends and they closed by 1:30 in the after noon on Saturday and not open at all Sunday's. Currently have a flat tire THAT I BOUGHT WITH A WARRANTY FROM THEM WITH and have to deal with it for 2 days cuz they are closed on the busiest day of the week. Had a blowout on my fifth wheel and stopped in here to get replaced. The salesman talked me into 4 new tires, which we paid for and they installed. It took them about two hours. Got to our campground and found out they put on 4 of the wrong tires ($65 cheaper per tire) that were 10 ply instead of 14 ply like I purchased. Told me I would need to to come back and they would swap them out. I did and then they said they couldn't get me any money for another day blown fixing their problem. I went to get a tire fixed for a slow leak. They were busy but told me they could do it. I waited 2 hours and then they told me they couldn't fix the tire because of the location of the hole. They proceeded to show me tread measurements and tried to sell me new tires. I know I don't need new tires yet and said I would wait. They wouldn't close my ticket until they gave me quotes. When I went to the car they hadn't even aired up the tire with the leak! So they sent me on my way with a low tire because I didn't buy one? What tire company can't fix a flat or air up a tire? It's called customer service. I went to a local place the next day. I was in and out in 20 minutes for $5.00. Hibdon - you lost a customer. read more

I am updating my review and will not reflect back on my first experience. My most resent experience was for tire rotation. I made an appointment for 8AM, and the employees were out the door to great those of us waiting, at approximately 6 or 7 minutes before 8. I felt relieved because, I had a long road trip ahead of me. Everyone was welcoming, prompt to accommodate everyone's needs and offered suggestions on future possibilities while without feeling pressured to buy additional repairs or tires. I love that about a great salesman/serviceman. So, of the four tires I purchased at DT, I am now aware that I have one tire wearing more than the other three. If I purchase a tire they will buy another one to keep my tires wearing even. The manager, Tony, was personable and attentive, not only to his employees but also to each customer. I love walking out of a business feeling like I am a valued customer and not just a one-time big cash ticket! To all the wonderful men at your business, Tony, I say, "Thank you!" read more

Between our two cars we've had 6 tires replaced in the last week. The manager Tony was extremely helpful and nice in person and on phone. We set our appointment online and selected our tires. All of the employees were helpful and they were very fast! Their prices were far better than multiple places we had checked around town. We will definitely use them in the future. read more

I've been a loyal Discount Tire customer since the 90's. I was in the AF for over 20 years and have always used DT everywhere we have lived. The location is Tulsa Hills is hands down the best one I have ever used. Tony is an exceptional Manager and employee. The rest of the staff is always courteous and fast! AMAZING! Stuff-nicest, most professional, efficient, personable set off guys! In the height of rush hour, they kept running around, sprinting to the phone, no phone call unanswered. Same guy changing tires, answers phones, deals with customers and works in the back on tires. I've listened to them talk to customers on phone...all of them, just so polite and professional, in a packed room with customers and work, they treated every phone call like it was the most important one in the world. Anyways, bought a set of bf goodrich tires from them. Came back a year later since i learned they offer free rotation and balancing. My steering wheel was shaking 60-70 mph. They had me in and out in 25-30 minutes, rotation n balance...free! Shaking persisted. Took it back for road forse balancing. Again, free of charge! They found slight inconsistencies in one of the tires' specs. Guy didn't flinch, get him a new tire. They gave me a brand new $300 tire, no questions asked, still complety nice and professional. $500 worth regular balancing, rotation, road forse balancing, $300 tire...for free....not just that they weren't agrivated that i came back twice for free service, they were super nice about it!!! I was flabbergasted!! I (or anyone in my family) will never! shop anywhere else for tires again. No words to express my amazement. This place is above and beyond, just old school extinct superb customer servise...goes a long way in my book. Thanks for what you do guys, customers notice and greatly appreciate it! read more

I went in for a tire that had a nail in it. Knowing that this is a free service I chose to go here. We were walking out to my car me knowing I need three other tires replaced at some point. I said "I know I need tires but I'm not ready right now" Tony was telling me I need them and they had financing which is great. He's trying to make a sell. I sit down and watch as two people come in one with a nail in her tire and one buying two new tires. Well after about an hour of sitting there waiting I notice that the two people that came in after me were done and gone. So I stand up and realize my car is still in the parking lot. Tony looks at me and says "You're next". My jeep then got pulled in the bay and sit there for 20 mins with the wheel off. I finally walk outside because I don't have all day to sit at a tire shop. I get I was one of those "free customer" but I think you should treat "those" customer just as well as the ones who are spending money. I WILL be buying three new tires soon and I'll be going across the street to Hibdons based off my experience. read more
