When I got home a week later and drove my car the skid plate fell to the ground and scrapped as it does! There happened to be a tow truck driver in the side of the road helping someone else and he was nice enough to help me. He said they DID NOT replace the bolts and there were only 2 there. So he zip tied it up and said to go back to Jiffy Lube. Which I did. They said there was no damage and that they fixed it and sent me on my way with a free oil change ( like I would EVER trust them again ). Cut to a month later when I'm getting my next oil change in a different location in a different state. The mechanic says" did you know you only had zip ties holding up your skid plate ?" Wtf?? I had driven 1500 miles on interstates.., if that skid plate had fallen again going 75. When I returned to my home state to help my mom I called this location and their manager BRITTANY promised to make it right and order a new skid plate ( this was 5 days ago and the very least they can do ) and they'd she call me today when the part came in. But when I called to check on the status ... Brittany said .. oh sorry my district manager sets we aren't responsible as it's notated here now ( which I know of wasn't in their before based on my conversation with a different jiffy lube a few days ago ) that there were bolts missing when you brought it in in the first place. Here is the kicker. Even if that WAS true ( which it isn't ) WHY didn't they tell me my car wasn't safe or replace the missing bolts ??? It's all bs. She also refused to give me the email or number of their district manager. Shady people. Do not recommend.

On May…read more19th, all four tires were replaced by technician Kelly Crain under service advisor Michael Takanashi-Perez. I paid nearly $1,000 for this. When I attempted to leave, my driver's side rear tire was grinding against my rear bumper guard. This damage was not present before my vehicle was in their care, as evidenced by two passed North Carolina state vehicle inspections from September 2025. I did not leave the premises. I went back inside immediately. Michael Takanashi-Perez acknowledged he should have called me but claimed he assumed I already knew. He did not. Neither did technician Kelly Crain. Whoever drove my car to the front heard the grinding and said nothing. Their own inspection report photographed my driver's rear wheel well with the tire removed, giving them a clear and unobstructed view of the bumper guard's position, and documented nothing specific about it contacting the tire. When I raised concerns, they blamed the new tires having deeper tread than the worn ones. This is implausible. The difference between 5/32nd and 10/32nd tread depth is approximately 4mm, less than the length of a fingernail. All four tires received the same negligible tread increase. Only one is grinding. I have had tires replaced and rotated multiple times since the bumper was damaged in 2018 and this never once happened. On May 22nd I called to follow up after no manager contact as promised. I was called by Justin, then by Michael Takanashi-Perez, who asked me to come in. I made two Uber trips at my own expense based on their promise to attempt a repair. Approximately 15 minutes after dropping off my vehicle, before it could have reasonably been brought into a bay and a repair attempted, I received a text saying they couldn't help. Michael and Sheree were conveniently absent when I arrived to pick up my car. No service ticket documenting what was "attempted" was available. No bay camera footage from May 19th has been provided despite repeated requests. They produced a second inspection report with the car lifted off the ground. Gravity naturally shifts the bumper away from the tire when the car is not bearing its own weight. This was not a repair. This was documentation for their own legal protection. I am a disabled, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+ woman. I was treated dismissively at every turn, talked down to, and stonewalled. Formal complaints have been filed with the Oklahoma Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit and with my insurance company. Do not bring your vehicle here, especially if you are a woman, disabled, or LGBTQ+. They will damage your car, deny it, and make you jump through hoops while they cover their tracks.

They sent…read moreme a download of three oil change certificates with individual redemption codes on each one. When I attempted to the first two, I was informed that they would only remove $33 from each of the invoices. I was told that the price of oil changes had increased and that was just what their computer would remove. I attempted to contact Jiffylube by email and was sent a reply that the units were franchises but that I would be contacted by them. When I did get to speak with their representative, he stated that I must have tried to use the same certificate twice, even though I had explained that I had handed over each one at the time of each visit. I just redeemed the third certificate today and after explaining the issue to the worker, he attempted to fix the extra charge on this last oil change by applying a $33 "Gift Certificate" to the statement. I am disappointed on how the Franchise handled the issue by not only suggesting that I didn't know how to use the certificates, but never even offered to refund the extra $66 that I was charged for the benefit of prep paying them to use their services. I think this is the business practices that the BBB should see. To be fair, the staff there have always been professional and friendly. And this review is in no way a reflection on them, rather it is my opinion on the lack of concern by the company on how their promotions are being misused and the damage they are causing with their long-term customers.

The gentleman that was behind the counter was not very kind- not saying he was terribly mean, but he just wasn't into being there, it seemed. I asked for an oil change and for all my fluids to be checked (pretty standard). I had brought in a box of tire sensors and asked if they could put them in since all but one of my existing sensors were dead. He kind of popped off a little bit of a snappy comment and roughly pulled them toward him. He asked if I was staying or going while they service my car - I asked how long it would be and he said about two hours. I was there a little more than three. I understand. They were busy, but I got up when it was just a little more than two hours to check on it. I guess I feel like they could do an update with the peeps that are still in the shop. There were at least four men sitting at the counter that day. It seems like the job got done- oil changed, fluids replenished and sensors in. The other thing I am not a fan of- he never stated there would be a charge for the placement of the sensors and it ended up being $70. A full bill that would normally be about that price ($70 ish) was $180 because of fees and other line items. That feels pretty steep and I will definitely be watching YouTube next time. Part of my appeal to return to Robertson's is they help out with such things as I am sure they installed a set of sensors for me before at no charge or at least not anymore than $20.
