100 percent I am advising anybody reading this to not use these crooks. Their are dishonest in their business dealings and prey upon customers. I had paid over 3000$ in 12 months towards the price of 1600$ tires and was behind 2 payments. They broke into my gated apt complex without the agents working, took my wheels and Tires, essentially stealing my wheels all without notice or prior communication. They left my 4 axles on 4 concrete blocks and two garbage old rims laying flat. They broke the asphalt at my apt complex taking the wheels and tires off which I'm showing the complex. They scuffed up both back brake pads putting them on concrete blocks. They took my valve stem covers and didn't put them back on the Wheels when retrieved. 3 of the wheels were scratched severely from torque marks. This place is the most dishonest place I've ever dealt with.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RNR tire! Liars, and scam artists align with theft and damage to my vehicle read more

They are a rip off, overpriced by $60 per tire and then try to sell you a lease for tires at $100 per month!

Went in to get their so called affordable deal. I was interested in rims and tires. The rims I chose would have to be ordered then the tires I wanted were way overpriced and settled for a cheaper set. They didn't say anything about putting the tires on the new rims. Did the paperwork and all said and done I would be paying2200 . Thought it over, called about the rims I thought were ordered and was told the 2200 was just tires. The rims where not ordered and not part of the deal. I put 300 down had the tires 5 days. Returned them expecting a refund and got squat. This place is a rip off no doubt about it. I call them 3 months ago and they keep calling back and harassing me, I got tires from some place else, rnr was trying to sell me a set for $620 with a 20,000 mile warranty, I got a set for another place for $480 with a 50,000 mile warranty, rnr takes advantage of people who can't afford tires and sells you a crappy set for a high price, if I haven't called you back in 3 months that means I got a better deal somewhere else read more

Never, ever again. I had a flat over Labor Day weekend. Since RNR is right around the corner from my house, I decided to give this shop a try. Purchased two new Yokohama tires and had them installed. Paid cash. The counter tech unsold me on the road hazard warranty for the two new tires (I was glad to pay, since my family has horrible luck with tires). Fast forward 45 days: my wife runs over a nail and one of the two new tires is destroyed. I went back to RNR to get the tire replaced through the road hazard warranty. Called first to verify availability and to verify the warranty. The person who answered the phone assured me that while he was new, and didn't know how to look me up in the computer, he would get someone to look me up and call me back within an hour to verify my info. Four hours later, after receiving no call back, I stopped into the store. The tech working the counter makes a big show of looking my information up in the computer, then three minutes later gets my name wrong - which confirms that he wasn't looking me up at all. I corrected my name, and he tries to look me up again (keep in mind that he's absolutely not showing me anything on the screen). He asks whether I financed the tires or paid cash, I told him I paid cash. He then tells me that on a cash sale, RNR only covers replacement for 30 days. He also tells me that road hazard is not offered as an option unless at least three tires are purchased. I informed him - again - that I had been up sold and I paid extra for road hazard, and he tells me that is impossible. Someone at this store is a thief. Multiple people at this store are liars. No one at this store is someone you (or I) should do any type of business with. Just go to Discount or Robertson or Hibdon instead, and run far far away from this place. read more

I went in late to get my tire patched and they fixed it with no problems. I was told I needed new tires ASAP. They gave me a quote for 4 new tires. I went back a couple of days later after calling around and getting other quotes and decided to go with them (they'd quoted me the cheapest, by far) I got there and was told the quote I was given was incorrect. The manager said he would honor the quote they gave me. Wow, wonderful! I was then told that the quote could only be honored if I did their financing package. (I wanted to pay in full at the time of service) I'm sure not sure why I could get the tires at my original quoted price with their financing package but without financing, it wasn't possible? And then there was some sketchy explanation about if I finance- tires are available, but if not, they would need to be ordered? I'm assuming the employees get some sort of incentive for making people finance but who knows. I picked up my car and the total was $1344 and some change?!.......my original quote was $672!? I'm still really confused by how that happened but the tires were on the car and I was just over it at this point. Apparently once I pay in full, which I will be doing soon, they take 50% off. So we'll see what the stipulations are when that day comes. My plan is to pay two months and then pay the balance in full which should be ~$1,050-1,060. **I was required to put $200 down at time of service.** That is significantly higher than what I was quoted at every other place I called. (Costco, Walmart, Discount, & Hibdon) So all in all, my experience with the employees was great, staff was friendly and accommodating but I felt incredibly pressured to do their financing which turns out to be a hell of a lot more $$$ in the end. Imagine not being able to pay that balance off in full early? I'd be paying double what I was quoted and then some for 50,000 mile tires. read more

JT got us in and got us out fast! Customer was top tier and we were offered free water. As we were going to pay they told us they didn't charge for tires patches! Highly recommend them. We will be going to be them from now on. read more

I got there five minutes to closing, they still helped me out. On my way to dinner one of my tires got punctured on the highway. We stopped to put the spare on and went straight to RNR. "Not a problem," they said. Sorry I kept you guys over!!! And thanks a whole bunch for helping. I had to haul a huge load on my trailer early the next day so it was super cool they helped me out. I really appreciated their service. They went above and beyond. read more
