Let me walk you through my experience at Tate Boys with my 2012 Toyota Camry XLE. First off, I'm I 21 year old female college student who knows next to nothing about cars. Some time ago, I ran over one of those cement bumper guard things they have in parking lots. The undercarriage of my car ripped, and the only reason I know that is because it made a horrible grinding sound every time I would go over a speed bump or a pothole or dip or anything. And we live in Tulsa, they're a dime a dozen. Next, my tire gage is automatic, so it tells me when my tires are low and which ones they are. Well, the same ones kept getting low, but they didn't look low, and I would keep filling them up. Even my Dad said they looked fine. So I put that on the list of things to have them look at as well, because I didn't know if it was my gage or my tires, because it was two of them on opposite ends, front right and back left. Finally, my maintenance light blinks on. I can't procrastinate any longer. I have to get this car fixed. The constant grinding, the (!) of low tire pressure, and now this? Forget it, I'll suck up my pride and ask my parents to fix my stupid car. I'll find a way to pay them back. I knew I had to get the oil changed anyway, I'd budgeted for that. But the dealership said that to fix my undercarriage would cost $174.59. And I did not have that kind of money. So I went in to Tate Boys, explained what was going on with the car and that I needed the oil changed, and went to sit down and eat my lunch. I got there around 12:50pm on a Thursday afternoon. They not only changed my oil, they fixed my undercarriage, FREE OF CHARGE MIGHT I ADD, so that it no longer makes that awful noise (and that my dealership was going to charge me $175 for), they also told me I had 2 nails in in two DIFFERENT TIRES, and they repaired them for me, also free of charge, and sent me on my merry little way. Y'all. 21 year old female who had no idea what she was doing. They obviously could have taken advantage of me, but instead, they showed great integrity and they changed my oil, fixed my car, and basically said "We got you, it's on us today." I don't know about you, but THIS is the kind of place that I want to go to when I'm in trouble with my car

I made arrangements for a ride to meet me there then had to tell them to go home. it was ridiculous. it was 10 am and several irritated people in the waiting room. I gave them 2 opportunities to be a decent place for my auto maintenance and they failed both times. looking for a new shop.

By the time I finish eating, my car would be ready. Depending on the days, Jiffy Lube is not too busy. Most of the time, there are no customers which is great for me. They do a good job so far. However, an oil change at Jiffy Lube is much more expensive than at other places though.

This may have been the best oil change service I've ever had. The service was really good and they were very friendly. I only spent $40, which may also be the cheapest oil change I've ever had. It took about 45 minutes and they didn't try make me make any unnecessary purchases like cabin filters and windshield wipers, like other oil change places have. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be taking my car here from now on.

My boss sent me in for an oil change for the company truck. It turns out his company did not have…read morean account there. The owner/manager was very unfriendly about that mistake. He acted as if I was trying to steal an oil change from him. My boss asked that I make sure they put a sticker on the window as he said he didn't receive one on the last trip there. The owner/manager argued with me about the sticker. I did receive a quick oil change but a combative and unfriendly owner/manager will send us elsewhere. I cant imagine acting this way when the oil change business seems to be pretty competitive.

Since this was a Saturday many car care places were closed, I happened to find Sinclair after a quick search of finding someone who was open on a Saturday afternoon. Sinclair was quick with their service, but also took time to answer questions and explain what the problem was with my vehicle. When I followed up with additional questions they clearly explained things in a way I could understand. They also took the time to show my husband and I what was the source of the issue. We also happened to share that we had a nail in the tire that we noticed when it was loaded up on the tow truck prior to our arrival, mentioning that we would need to go get the tire taken care of after we left Sinclair. They then went above and beyond to taking care of the screw that was in the tire. A day later they called to see if I made it back home safely. Thankful for the care they showed even after we left! We are beyond thankful for the customer service, attention to detail, communication and reliability! We plan to be back!
