On May 18, 2026, my vehicle was towed to this location after hours for a tire replacement. On May 19th, all four tires were replaced by technician Kelly Crain under service advisor Michael Takanashi-Perez. I paid nearly $1,000 for this. When I attempted to leave, my driver's side rear tire was grinding against my rear bumper guard. This damage was not present before my vehicle was in their care, as evidenced by two passed North Carolina state vehicle inspections from September 2025. I did not leave the premises. I went back inside immediately. Michael Takanashi-Perez acknowledged he should have called me but claimed he assumed I already knew. He did not. Neither did technician Kelly Crain. Whoever drove my car to the front heard the grinding and said nothing. Their own inspection report photographed my driver's rear wheel well with the tire removed, giving them a clear and unobstructed view of the bumper guard's position, and documented nothing specific about it contacting the tire. When I raised concerns, they blamed the new tires having deeper tread than the worn ones. This is implausible. The difference between 5/32nd and 10/32nd tread depth is approximately 4mm, less than the length of a fingernail. All four tires received the same negligible tread increase. Only one is grinding. I have had tires replaced and rotated multiple times since the bumper was damaged in 2018 and this never once happened. On May 22nd I called to follow up after no manager contact as promised. I was called by Justin, then by Michael Takanashi-Perez, who asked me to come in. I made two Uber trips at my own expense based on their promise to attempt a repair. Approximately 15 minutes after dropping off my vehicle, before it could have reasonably been brought into a bay and a repair attempted, I received a text saying they couldn't help. Michael and Sheree were conveniently absent when I arrived to pick up my car. No service ticket documenting what was "attempted" was available. No bay camera footage from May 19th has been provided despite repeated requests. They produced a second inspection report with the car lifted off the ground. Gravity naturally shifts the bumper away from the tire when the car is not bearing its own weight. This was not a repair. This was documentation for their own legal protection. I am a disabled, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+ woman. I was treated dismissively at every turn, talked down to, and stonewalled. Formal complaints have been filed with the Oklahoma Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit and with my insurance company. Do not bring your vehicle here, especially if you are a woman, disabled, or LGBTQ+. They will damage your car, deny it, and make you jump through hoops while they cover their tracks. read more

I called this business to schedule an appt for my car , I told them what the issue was , and just needed an estimate for the repair . They told me there wasn't a diagnostic fee , which was fine because I already knew what was wrong with it , just needed the Repair estimate , they proceeded to look at the car and then send a $179.00 diagnostic fee bill for WHAT I told them was wrong with it . Wouldn't budge on the price after the miscommunication Error at all . I paid the diagnostic fee and Won't be recommending this business to anyone I know . read more

came in for the free analysis or Wtv. ended up getting a pressure test for my coolant bc I had a leak(what I originally wanted them to just look at) they come back with 4 different things of what's leaking. come to find out not a single one of those nor did they even take the heat shield off bc if they did they'd see the leak is my oil cooler nothing else. then they wanted to charge me 1.7k to get it one part fixed. cheaper just to fix it myself bc the part is only $177 new. This place gets Zero stars! I took my car in for an alignment. An hour later, the guy came out and said it would be $2,500 of work before they could get to the alignment. I said no way! Then he says, ok we could do $1,500 and we have payment plans. I said no, I'm getting a second opinion. So I went to Discount Tire and they fixed the alignment for $120. This place is mighty proud of every thing they do. I took my car in to get an oil change and brake pads because the brakes were squealing a little. They called me saying that my brake pads were fine, but my rotors had a lip on them and had to be replaced. They also tried to talk me into getting shocks and struts and some other expensive repairs I didn't need, but just to see, I asked how much to replace the rotors (even though I don't see how the rotors could be bad but the pads still good). I was expecting to hear $600 or $700, which I still would have laughed at them for trying to charge, but I nearly dropped my phone when they told me $1400. $1400 f'n dollars for brake rotors!?!?! I told them no way and that I was coming to get my car. Then they cheerfully told me the basic oil change they performed was $90. For a Volkswagen Passat. These people are trying to get rich off suckers, but I don't think I know anyone dumb enough to spend enough money to be a down payment on a brand new car to put brakes and shocks on one with 90,000 miles. They tried to get my email address and permission to send me push notifications when I paid for the oil change, but I told them there was absolutely no point in that because there was no way I would ever pay them to even wipe my windshield after the $90 sucker punch oil change and walked out. If you don't like to be price gouged, stay away from these leeches. I'd give them - stars if I could. read more

I called them ahead and told them my timing belt broke. Shane was so sweet over the phone and quote me under 300. So I had it tow to them. The other men where rude and treated me like I wasn't human. Oh and the discount is only after u apply and u have ti wait to even get approved. THEY LOVE not telling u that over the phone. And when they finally look at my car they said it's going to be 600. And they said if I change my mind because they haven't work on it yet I can't get my car back. So they threaten to keep it. I will never go back to same day auto and I think they don't like black people because the sec I walk in 2 if the guys behind the counter wouldn't look at me and was short with me. Then try to bully me because my dad help to pay. I took my car to a way better place that fix my shifter and told me it be 300 but since I had to keep my car over night they took off 120 because next day I went to pick up my car and pay the bill and it was only 180. Highly recommend this place for any auto repair needs. Bobby and his staff are friendly, honest and they work quick! My car broke down yesterday at lunch and I had AAA tow it here based on Yelp reviews. It was close to where we broke down and two hours later we had a diagnosis and a solution. Bobby called and let me know how much it was going to be. They were honest and quick. My car was ready by 10 this morning and it ended up being slightly less than I was quoted! Win win! read more

After $3,800 and 2 weeks of "it'll be ready tomorrow", my car now reeks of burned oil and it shakes/vibrates. I brought it back 9 hours one day then 7 hours another day with NO work done on it, I was only told "that's normal" and "we got nuthin'". I had been going to same day auto repair because it is literally around the corner from where I live and their customer service is awesome. If you are looking for an honest repair shop then this is the place I recommend. They make you feel like you are family. I had to have a ride when I dropped my car off for repairs and little did I know they shuttle me home and picked me up when vehicle was ready. They did an amazing job repairing my car. They may remove a screw from your tire but will screw over employees. I worked for them for three months, I was fired one day before taking time off for my wife having a child. The reason that they said was my values didn't match there's. They deducted from my final paycheck for tires that were incorrect on a customers vehicle that the tire technician should have caught, and for a key that was supposed to be left in a customers vehicle after hours. I did not pull the customers vehicle outside and the owner of the shop fired me before I could check to see if instructions were followed by the technician. They deducted over $800 from my final paycheck. read more

I took my car in for an issue with the wiper fluid hose. Frank was the technician who helped me and he was very courteous and professional. He called me with an accurate, reasonable quote before performing the work and it was almost exactly two hours between the time I brought my car in and the time he called saying it was finished. I also had my tires rotated during that time and both they and the windshield washer are performing well. I won't hesitate to visit them again when the need arises. read more
