Came in to see if my tire could get patched; had a screw toward the shoulder and was hoping it could get repaired instead of replaced. Jamie met me in the parking lot before I even got through the door, took a look, and said it would be no problem to fix. They seemed pretty busy, but they had me out the door with a repair in a little over 30 minutes. While he was getting the info he needed from my car several other employees asked if I had been helped. I compared prices for the tires I wanted at nearly every place in town. Although Discount tire wasn't the cheapest, the guarantee they offer made up the difference. I put on a lot of miles and usually pay $20 every oil change to have my tires rotated, that was included too. Their customer service is top notch as I saw with not just myself but with other people who had come in needing assistance. The experience I had today at Discount Tire was exemplary! I need to preface the fact that I did not buy tires from them. I was able to purchase a set of virtually new rims and tires from a private homeowner. I have been working with Austin who is the most Knowledgeable and pleasant young man to work with. At the time they were slow he said "come on in and we will put them on for you". They even did a spin balance at no additional cost. I did buy a new set of Lugnuts which were needed and I gave him and his guys a Big tip for the fantastic customer service. Everyone on the floor was pleasant, helpful, and went out of their way to take care of me. For 30 years I have been an outside sales rep with my car being my office. I've had many experiences with horrible customer service to average. Austin and his crew hit a home run in my book! With service like that you have a customer for life now! I gave them 1 star and they r not even worthy of that 1 Star! Don't go here! My husband ordered tires And rims for our four wheeler. We were told they would be in within 7-10 business days. The tires came in on time and called us to say they were in. They said the rims were just getting off the ship, going through customs and we should get within a week. We didn't receive a call the following week. So we called, the guy said the exact same thing as the week before. So again we wait. Now my husband called and said the rims r discontinued. Um... they have had our money for 7 weeks and no product. No apology, except if we want our money back we have to go back to the store. Don't buy tires here. read more

We shopped around to get new tires for my hubbys truck. This place had the best deal AND was willing to get them put on immediately. So we took the kids across the street and walked around Home Depot. Then we came back and hung out for a bit and they were done. Now I will say tires are not cheap anymore. Last time I bought tires k think I paid the same price for all four that we did for one.. But I guess that's the trend these days. Regardless the employees were very nice to us and our toddlers running around the store. We will be back when we need tires again.. I found the tires I wanted on the Discount Tire website and shopped around to see if I could find them lower. I actually found the same tires about $12/tire lower and they honored that without any issues; which saved me about $48. I then asked about a manufacturer promo that was going on and the salesperson took the time to find it on the manufacturer's website. The only "negative" to the experience was that their waiting area only had some coffee and a small mini fridge with some water bottles. Many places now offer vending machines, popcorn, etc. Even with the subpar waiting area, the customer service was great and the tires were installed within the time frame given. read more

Worthless written tread wear warranty! My receipt clearly states 45,000 mile warranty on the two tires I purchased but John said today that the warranty is only 22,500 miles because the tires cannot be rotated to the front due to a different size there. The original salesperson and I discussed that issue at time of purchase and he assured me the warranty was good for the stated 45,000 miles even if the tires could not be rotated. Did the original salesperson lie to me? Is the written warranty worthless? Yes to both questions. Do not trust either their oral or written representations. Buyer beware. read more

The people at this location are awesome! Thomas Karolus went above and beyond to help me. The tires on my daughter's car were in such bad shape the cords were showing. I could only afford to get 2 tires this week and the other 2 next week but because the tires were so bad and it's my daughter's car Thomas didn't feel right about letting me leave with the other 2 tires in the condition they were in. I have purchased two sets of tires here for two different vehicles. The price is unmatched, and the customer service is very good in my opinion. I have bought tires exclusively from Sam's Club and Costco for the last 10 years, but decided to look here on a recomendation from a friend. I can get the same quality tires at a substantial discount. Plus, if there is an issue with the tire, they will actually fix it here or warranty it instead of telling you you need a new tire. I thought that had to be a bunch of BS but when I wasn't happy with a set of Michelins that had cracked side walls after two years, I took them back to Discount Tire and they replaced them with brand new tires of my choice at no charge. read more

Bought 8 tires in one day. Total cost over $1,000. Specifically asked counter salesperson to prepare quote with no-cost replacement warranty I had purchased several times before at Discount Tire and specified quote should include all costs ie; tax, mount, balance, road hazard, valve stems, lifetime rotate and balance. Agreed on price. Upon installation of last tire received receipt (barely readable to the naked eye)which did not include no-cost replacement warranty I asked for and they quoted, although they did match Sam's Club price on 4 tires (Discount Tire was $200. more) Manager would not honor the deal, kept arguing in front of other customers when challenged. Paid additional (after the fact) price for the warranty. Told manager Chris, this one is headed to the home office in a complaint letter. Will never again do business with this store. While there also heard sales person several times tell customers "we guarantee the lowest price" That obviously only applies if you get a printed estimate from a competitor and then be ready to have the "old switcheroo" happen afterward! read more
