I was introduced to this spot after using a Groupon special. The deal was a good price for a microdermabrasion & a peel. Given the chance to choose the type of peel was also nice. I continued to come here after buying a package since it was very affordable. But, April's bedside manner was very quick & distracted. Each session lasted less than 20 mins and sometimes was a mere 15 min or less. The package bought with more than one micro + peel was 20 mins or less NOT ONLY the Groupon deal. Does NOT feel like the treat and thoroughness we are paying for. The door to your private room/area is not even closed for your session! What are we...in a money-making production line?!?! That's what it ends up feeling like. She uses the steamer for one session and "forgets" or the machine is "not warmed up or working" the next time!!!! VERY inconsistent and unprofessional. And she herself is in and out of the room way too often. Following them to their new location....I'm still not crazy about the rooms and cleanliness. I also was not given an option to try the other esthetician. When asked, she said it was not allowed!!!!! Really, now. This was not money well spent! read more
