I got greeted by Haley ! Can I just talk about how Haley has such great vibes. Very positive, laughing , smiling , Great attitude, warm, inviting personality, approachable, definitely has a glow to her. Haley had offered to show me around the tanning salon. Went over thoroughly about each equipment and what it does. I love how that the owner thought it through on Health, hygiene, and all-around beauty. The owner really put detail into her business. I love the variety on different tanning lotions. I love that they have tanning lotions for your face. Haley had also went over the details, about a couple of Tanning lotions. Tan lotion's that are good for tattoos, so they don't fade. Since I have plenty of tats. I admire that this tan spot is so clean, big plus having clean bathrooms. My goal was to spray tan . After they charged my credit card they told me their spray tan machine doesn't work. It's now been two weeks. Each time I call they refer me to Livermore. Amber and Valerie are amazing !!!! I called and explained the situation. Given my schedule and traffic I wasn't able to make it to their location until almost 9pm. I got my spray tan and they recommended another bed prior. They gave me a sample of the "primer" before the spray tan because they wanted to make sure my spray tan developed quickly. This location is out of my way, and inconvenient but the staff is amazing . It's also bigger than San Ramon and they have more beds. The employees seem ethical , honest and didn't mind that I was there at 9pm. Thank you Valerie and Amber !!!!

Cause that really sucks for us with memberships especially people like me who don't live super close and drove all the way out there for no reason. And I've been coming in once a week recently so putting the sign up a couple days ahead of time doesn't really help. And if you do show up close to closing time, some of them (not all) give you a nasty attitude and rush you. This place kinda sucks. Definitely won't be getting another membership here again.
