The administration is incredibly supportive and always available to help, making the entire experience smooth and reassuring for parents. The teachers are absolutely amazing--caring, patient, and dedicated. My daughter adores them and speaks about them with so much love and excitement. She has grown tremendously, both academically and socially, during her time here. She has made wonderful friends and developed essential social skills that will benefit her for years to come. One of the things I love most about The Learning Experience is the amazing curriculum. She has learned so much--phonics, numbers, community events, philanthropy, and even manners. They incorporate so many fun and engaging activities, such as book fairs, pajama days, pizza parties, dress-up days, and spirit weeks, making learning exciting and enjoyable. On top of all that, as a parent of a child with multiple allergies, I truly appreciate how well they have cared for her. They have always been diligent in ensuring she avoids any allergens, giving me peace of mind that she is in safe hands every day. I was extremely disappointed by the way my daughter and I were treated at the learning experience in Union. After two days I disenrolled my daughter immediately. The teachers I encountered have no compassion or professionalism. The after 5pm teacher confronted me in the middle of class in front of the other children and teacher about why my daughter didn't follow instructions. Please note I have never met this teacher, she did not introduce herself to me and my child shouldn't have been in that classroom to begin with because arrived at 4:45pm, the children are moved here after from 5pm-6pm for pickup. The director encouraged me to have my child Evaluated by her doctor because she doesn't make eye contact with her (keep in mind she spent little time with my daughter because she was filling in for one of the teachers assigned to my daughter class who left early because she was sick) am not someone that can not take criticism or feedback about their child, but I find it extremely egregious to only spend 2 days with a child who is also 2 years old in a new environment with new people and classmates and suggest that there is something medically wrong with them. My daughter was given no acclamation period and no sympathy. I emailed them a notice to withdraw and never heard back from them. The app they use was not updated accurately, there were pictures posted on my daughters profile that did not include her in the picture. I wasn't notified that she peed on herself or that she didn't eat her lunch. The tour I was given was false advertisement and I would not suggest enrolling your kids here. read more

Our son started at the center when he was only 8 weeks old. Of course leaving your baby so young was extremely scary. But from the moment when we brought our son to the center his teachers were amazingly warm, welcoming, and extremely caring. They took of him as if he was their own and that's all that you can ask for. I tried this daycare out for a solid two weeks and knew it wasn't for me. It's not a terrible daycare, the teachers are very nice and like children. However, I don't think there are enough teachers, my child was in the infant room and I just wasn't happy with the amount of interaction he was getting, and the way they try to manage their feedings. However, for an older age group I am sure the teachers are great. I just can't say I'd recommend for an infant. But I do have to say their pricing is decent and they do work with you to work out an affordable price. read more

Awesome Daycare! My child doesn't want to leave sometimes at the end of the day she loves it so much. The teachers are great, like family really. My little girl come home everyday and speaks and sings more and more! Addressing another topic from the 3 star review, My child was one that was getting but by one of the reviewers kids. They really tried to help, but after so many times, and the parents not taking the issue seriously, they had to react. I never wanted anyone to be removed from the program but My little one was bitten 3 times!!! And twice in one week! As the mom of the child getting bitten, I'm so very happy action was taken. Understand kids will be kids but parents need to address it. If not, the instinct is to protect your child. Anyway, love the school, and the people running it! Highly recommended!! read more

This is a long overdue review! My daughter started at 6 months and is now 2 years old. If you are working parents and need reliable, safe, nurturing, and a stimulating environment for your child or children, TLE Union is the place to go! I have received so many compliments about my daughter being advanced at her age and I must say vast amount of that knowledge is because of the school. Let's begin by this is the first time I leave a review about something ever!!! But I think this time is worth it. We love this day care!!!! Moving from NY to NJ without knowing anyone or the area was hard for the entire family and having to find a daycare for our 1 1/2 year old was even harder. It was his first time in daycare, so it was a big decision for all of us. We tried looking at the reviews but there weren't many and some were useless and ridiculous. We visited a couple of daycares in the area, but TLE Union was our favorite. We liked it since we set foot on it. The tour was very welcoming and the people were nice. The entire place was clean and organized. We all loved the decorations, even my baby, who stopped on every wall to contemplate the pictures and colors and he didn't want to leave. So we decided to enroll him in the Toddler class. His teachers were Agatha, Catherine, Melanie and Jasmin. We can't thank them enough for all the patience and care they had with our baby. He cried every single morning for the longest time, but no matter how much he cried, they welcomed him every morning with a smile, a big hug and love. Eventually he stopped crying and started asking in the morning if he was going to go to school that day, because he wanted to go!!! Also the front desk girls are amazing, specially Jessica, who had to take my multiple calls to check on my baby for the longest time until I had to learn not to call because he was fine. He moved to Twaddler class at the beginning of this year and he loves it! His teachers are Rebecca, Melanie and Wendy. They also are amazing and give him so much love and care. He is learning so much, counting numbers, days of the week, colors, months of the year, telling us stories, and all his classmates names. It's been a year now since he started and we are as happy as we were at the beginning. They make lots of activities during the day, each month they celebrate something different so lots of activities related to it, each week there's something fun for the kids like wacky hair day, pijama day, crazy socks day, battle of colors between classrooms, and many more. Food is good (snacks, lunch and afternoon snack), a party here and there with pizza and goodies, tuition is not cheap but not expensive, it is fair and after seeing the way they take care of our baby, we are happy to pay it. Halloween was awesome with the "trunk or treat" in the parking lot. Another amazing thing about it is the app where we get live updates of what our kid is doing, pictures of him during activities, lunch, nap time, daily reports and important notifications such as future activities, school's closures, etc. I hope this review gives you the help I didn't have when I was looking for daycare and gives the school an idea of how happy they make the parents because of their great work. It was hard to leave my baby to go to work and even harder and scary to have to leave him with strangers, but that feeling didn't last long because I realized the good hands I was leaving him with. The quality of this facility has diminished drastically in the last couple of years. The new owner, Romina is more interest in money than anything else. She has done nothing to improve the curriculum. The fee to attend is really high but the return leaves much to be desired. Most recently, she is demanding that the parents pay 25% to hold their spot during this pandemic. All families are going through a lot due to COVID-19. However, all she is concerned with is her money. Only children of essential employees are allowed to attend at this time but all must pay the 25% without regard to parents that may have lost their jobs. She sent a very cruel email stating that if you do not pay you will go to the BOTTOM of the waiting list. I would not recommend this facility. Ever. It is not worth the price and they are clearly not family oriented. read more

We love the Learning Experience!!! Having had our daughter in daycare at a previous daycare for her first 8 months and then dealing with significant health issues for 6 months, scared was one of many words we could've used about starting our daughter in a new daycare once again. The Learning Experience provided everything that we needed and more in a daycare and has been there every step of the way for us. Our daughter has been able to flourish in more ways than we would've thought possible and that is directly due to the great care she receives at the Learning Experience. Not only us, but her various therapists who have visited the school, in-laws, and others have praised the quality care and concern the Learning Experience shows. Good day care but very disappointed how they handled my child's bitting issues and expelled us without notice. Good business practice would have been to give us notice that other parents are complaining, even though our doctor said that it is a completely normal phase for kids. read more

TLE Union has been a good day care for us. The teachers in the infant room are very affectionate with the children, and the teachers in the toddler room, especially Miss Marisol and Miss Stephanie, are caring, engaging and full of energy with the children. The teachers in preschool class do a good job of instilling responsibility and organization into the children. Furthermore, all the classrooms in TLE seems to do a lot of crafts and art projects, which is fun for the children and really decorates the school. As with any day care, there are times when there are issues that come up, but for me the core of any day care is about whether or not the teachers genuinely care about your children, and the teachers at TLE Union do. read more

My daughter loves it! They have an awesome academic curriculum for the children. Its certainly NOT babysitting, which is why i love it. My daughter feels safe and is learning. The only reason why i did not give 5 stars is because of the inconsistency of teachers. I love the fact that she gets homework, as it prepares us both for "Big Girl School" come this fall. read more
