I had recently purchased a pair of earrings at this location and had traveled back home with them. Once I opened the packaging, I noticed the bottom part of the earring had already broken off. I hadn't even tried on the earrings yet. I called the next day and spoke to someone on the phone who was very nice. She told me to come back into the store with the pair of earrings and they would get it taken care of. She said a receipt was not necessary if it had already been thrown away, which it had at this point. I brought in the earrings a week later and interacted with the self claimed "new manager", who was nothing but rude and unhelpful. She told me there was nothing she could do, not even an exchange for a new pair of earrings without the original receipt. The earrings were still in the original packaging and I could see the same pair at the store hanging up. I've never been treated so poorly by a store manager. Overall, they forever lost my business and I wouldn't recommend shopping at this location.

My friend commented that it reminded her of "Charming Charlie but with more clothes"...& indeed, it turns out their space is a former Charming Charlie! Clothes were cute yet didn't skew too young (stores I used to reliably shop at, like Dry Goods, are now all crop tops and babydoll lengths). I tried on an armful of things and ended up with a top and a sweater, both for what I felt were reasonable prices. My only complaints stem from the dressing room. They put us together in a larger room, which is totally fine. But i guess nothing indicated that the room was occupied because staff kept knocking on the door, either to see if we were still in there or if we needed anything. Once or twice, okay, but this was like 5 or 6 times....maybe put up a sign? Also, the dressing room lighting, from two sconces and a small chandelier, was "moody" at best... need to up the wattage a bit so people can see those potential purchases! Staff was helpful, especially Lisa. I would definitely come back, and found out there are other locations closer to me, too! She said they get new merch on Wednesdays, so gives me an excuse to check out one of the other shops soon.

You can't donate expired food to a food bank though. I threw out the receipt because it was only that and a skincare item. This is a pretty good-sized store and it's well-organized with a good selection. However, returns are kind of annoying (not this location's fault, but H&M's fault as a whole). While I was returning a few items from my online order in store, I noticed something from my order that I had purchased a few days before had gone on clearance. I loved the item so obviously I didn't bring it to the store because I wasn't planning to return it. But, they had the exact same size and color as the one that I had purchased on the floor, and I had my order form with me (because I was returning other stuff). They wouldn't do a price adjustment because it was a clearance item, so instead I rebought the item in-store and then tried to return it with my old receipt. That didn't work, because apparently every individual item has a different SKU, even if they are identical. I've never seen that happen in a store before (especially a fast-fashion store).

Prices are higher these days, but still good compared to non-outlet prices, and the selection is solid. We came looking for a decent deal on some vans and she found a cute pair in her size on sale. I was seeing some shorts and other stuff I'd like to come back and get for myself soon. They get some really cool clothing here as well as the shoes, so it's fun to check out what's trending seasonally. I actually got one of my favorite jackets here years ago. We were asked at least once if we needed any help and checkout was smooth. So, decent service. On a side note I always appreciate the music in this place, it's my style. We had heard they don't have fitting rooms, so we wore leggings and tank tops so we could try on over our clothes, which there are mirrors and racks around for you to do. It is a little tricky to know what something like a dress will look like with your clothes on under. The clothes are organized by style and color, and I will say the staff is on top of everything staying clean, it's not as chaotic as similar stores. Things are mostly under the wrong size, through. What turned me off the most wasn't the selection, but the fact that they are charging $30-$40 for items with giant holes or that are covered in stains. I would say 70%+ of the items were damaged, a lot of it irreparable. Even if a dress was originally $200 and you're selling it for $40, it's not a deal if the zipper is broken, there is ink splattered all over it, or there is a hole the size of my head in it. It was just a little disappointing to get excited about something and then find something was wrong with it with almost every item I selected.
